We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 7 nights over December/January. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family. Lovely resort with friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be staying again 🙂

The property was really nice. It was really clean and the pool was nice to be in everyday. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. We would go again. Nice quiet and peaceful town.

Dated but clean
Good pool but poor management. Told to come back later as they were still cleaning it after it opened at 8am. Lazy staff should have cleaned before 8am. Interiors a bit dated but clean.

David thank you for the time taken to provide a review. Our staff work hard for our guests. The condition of the pool which gains many compliments is due to the thorough cleaning done. I believe we were held up by rain that morning. It takes up to 2 hours to clean the two pools. Apologies if you were inconvenienced. As new managers we are working with owners to update apartment decor.

Great resort very convenient to cafes and restaurants, rooms are very clean beds could be more comfortable, second bedroom needs air conditioning as it can get quite hot in there. Overall a very nice choice of accommodation.

The location was fantastic, unfortunately we were there at a time when a lot of work was being carried on and the exercise or gym room was not available, which we were not advised in advance. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was extremely helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Pleasant relaxing are
Place is nice for families, kids loved the pool area, balcony overlooking the pool, and have a nice view of the lake. Few mins drive to shops, and lakeside restaurants. WiFi wasn't working/not available in the rooms, balcony, etc but seems to be available only when you're very close to reception - but that won't stop me and family from coming back though.

The Manager was very helpful, obliging and pleasant. She keeps the external areas clean and tidy and I was impressed how she kept the pool and BBQ area so clean and tidy.

I thought the Boathouse was clean and well run, though it needed to be refurbished. The kitchen and bathroom were tired and dated. My apartment had a lovely large verandah which overlooked the water as did the bed! Lovely!

Great location. Great staff. Great views. Easy to book with Wotif. Wotif had vacancy where the Resort said sold out. We could also stay one night only with Wotif. When resirt had two night minimum.
