Hi Sharon,We are sorry to hear you didn't have a good sleep , you stayed in a Queen bed studio and you are the first to complain about that bed , we will look into it , thanks for letting us know , you didn't come to the reception when checking out , we could of discussed it .

Thanks for taking the time to give a review , we are happy that the kids really enjoyed the pool and you had a great stay, we are so lucky to have a great central location , we recycle everything and have our recycle bins for Glass, plastic, cans and carboard in the bin bay but sometimes people do mix it all up, and it ends up in the general waste bin, we do try and separate it when we can, see you next time
