"No water at all in the room on checkin and then after 2 hours only cold water. Was forced to have a cold shower nearly naked outside by the swimming pool. Advertised WiFi was basically non existent in the room and the restaurant and hotel lobby. Dinner food quality was very poor and mostly cold. Also the restaurant was inundated with very hungry and annoying cats with very sharp claws digging into my clothes and even groin while they kept trying to climb onto my lap to get food. Although...
