The gentleman at the reception who I don’t remember the name correctly sorry about that « Pdadi » is very friendly and welcomes you warmly. You can see that hé like people and what hé is doing.

The receptionist was courteous and friendly and the accommodation was perfect for a pass through traveller. I would recommend this motel and will stay again on my way through next time.

We just stayed here as a half way stop on our way to Newcastle, the room was fine as was the bathroom facilities, the mattress could do with a upgrade as we kept rolling into the middle and our Netflix worked but the normal TV channels did not but it was not a big deal at all.

Quite excellent and amazing value
Yes it's basic but overall brilliant! Excellent customer service, clean room, comfy beds, luxurious towels, shower with plenty of hot water, free parking, it's quite the delight! Ideal if passing through as a single or couple, close to the main shopping area but far enough away to not get the noise. I'd happily stay here again and recommend this Motor Inn to others.

The room was lovely and clean. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. The only fault i found and its a minor one is there was 2tspns and only 1 knife, no other cutlery

From the time we booked, Lucy and Peter were very welcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is close to the main part of town which made it easy to get dinner and some light shopping. The other guests were pleasant and considering it's proximity to the main road, it was very quiet. Thankyou again Lucy and Peter. We will definately stay again.

For reasons that were beyond our control we were unable to stay at the hotel however, I have to say that the staff, in particular Lucy went over and above to try and resolve and we received a complete refund. Absolutely no reflection on the hotel and I'm sure the stay would have been great.

I rang them 24 hours earlier to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. No refund was given, not even a partial refund offered, not even a "sorry". The money had already been taken from my account. I paid over $300 for a room I could not use. The motor inn appeared to be heavily booked at that time, It seems likely that the room was booked again by someone else that night. Not good service. Will not book there again.

Dear Meri, Personally, I really understand your feeling. The booking agent normally will remind you what time you can free cancel the room, and what time you couldn't.As you said 24 hours earlier, not before 24 hours. I remember you ring the same day as your check-in day. The cancellation policy is very clear there on your booking information. The late cancellation is a significant negative impact accommodation business, especially in the busy season of the large family room. The family always planned early like you and booked accommodation not book a room at the last minute. It's very hard to sell on the same day in a few hours. Because we booked the room for you, we need to refuse the guest who may want to book the room for a couple of nights or even one week. I don't have to explain this much, but just let you know if you see no room online to sale is not mean we sold all the rooms. When we have to finish work and no staff stays motel we need to block all the rooms and stop to sale. Hope you have a nice day.
