We regularly stay at the CH and enjoy everything about it. We also ate at the restaurant and had a very enjoyable dinner. We will continue to stay however we usually stay in the old building the new rooms have an odd smell.

The property was spacious and beautiful; it had a restaurant and a bar. From the early check-in to the check-out, all were five stars, including the Tesla charger. The only downside is the exit driveway is not suited for vehicles such as a Tesla, with the ridge too steep to drive over without scraping the bottom of the car. Short wheel base, and higher than normal cars will be ok, anything else may not do so great.

Overnight stay
Hotel is very nice and modern and the room was spacious. The only bad experience was the restaurant. We sent two dishes back as they were overcooked and pirces were extortionate for the quality offered. Accommodation was great though but skip the retaurant.

Staff and facility is great. The only issue I had was my room was beside what I believe was the kitchen exhaust fan. It was very noisy up until about 9.30 pm.

Everything about the hotel is great as stayed numerous times for business. Location, quality and access. However this time my room had mould & bad smell. I didn’t change rooms but regretted this by morning. Advised staff about room upon checkout.

I loved the fact that it was in the centre of Tamworth cbd, my room was immaculate, very well presented and comfortable. I had dinner and breakfast in the Deco restaurant where the food options were second to none, restaurant had a great setting and the staff were very professional in their manner and presentation. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

CH have raised the standard in Tamworth. My king sized room was large comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious and very well designed. The security was excellent and the restaurant was superb

Very neat place. Loved the stay. Restaurant needs a spruce up with its food. Had Eggs benny and it looked tired to say the least. Didn't eat it fully even though hungry. No fresh orange juice. Being a classy place, one would expect fresh food for the price. I could have eaten brekkie at McDonald's.

Great location awesome decor and a great bar. Was surprised had to pay extra for off street parking. Parking on street not an option unless you love your car every three hours.

paid $200 to stay in a room with an aircon that was massively inappropriate for that room. way underpowered. it was a humid dry 35 degree day outside and when we got into the room the air con said the room temp inside was 28 degrees, which is ridiculous already. we pumped the aircon on 19 degrees for 4 hours and it was still 27 degrees inside the room with windows that didn’t open. i had to drench a towel in cold water and sleep with it on me. the next morning with the aircon pumping ALL night it was still 26 degrees. all i wanted was a comfortable place to sleep after a big day driving
