チェックイン時間は3:00pmでしたが、1時半に到着しました。客室は準備できていなかったので、チェックイン手続きをして、荷物を預けました。客室が準備でき次第、部屋に荷物を運ぶので、パスポートを提示してくれれば、鍵を渡すと言われました。4時半にフロントに行くと、列に並ぶように言われ、30分待たされ、荷物はフロントに置かれたままでした。特に、悪いと思っている様子もなく、フロントに5人立っていて、3つのカウンターしかあけていないこと、それでも他の部門のスタッフが来たら、カウンターを開けて割り込み対応していたことなどから、印象が悪かったです。 客室やロビーに虫がいたのも、嫌でした。

First off, Check was for 3:00 pm. Arrived before 3:00. While checking in, was told by front desk staff that my room wasn’t ready. She said room is actually ready, we just have to wait for supervisor to chk and clear my room in which I was told would take a half hour to an hour. So they escorted us to the lobby lounge and wait there until our room was ready. I asked how would I know if our room is ready? Front desk staff told me she’ll come back to the lobby lounge and let us know. She also repeated it might take a half hour to an hour, again! 45 mins into the wait I looked out towards the front desk and waved to the person helping us! She acknowledged back room was still not ready! So, the wait continued! Over 2 hours into the wait, no front desk staff ever came to check on us! I decided to line up in a really ling and slow line! When I got to the counter, I explained myself to a different staff member who checked on my room and gave me this look like your room has been ready! And apologized for this happening to us and would let her manager know of the situation! Finally got to our and was nice and clean. Thank Goodness! At this point my wife and I were sooo exhausted just waiting for our room! We decided to relax in the room until it was almost time for dinner! They have this QR code that we needed to scan to make reservations for one of the restaurants in the hotel! This time the QR code was giving us an error! Went back down to the front desk and asked one of the front st

Oh boy where do I begin! I decided to give the hotel another chance as there were some incidents during my previous stay and they really made sure that this time my family was taken care. Manager Chris and all the other duty managers went out of their ways to help my family have the best hotel experience from checking in without prior booking to arranging airport transportation upon our departure. My kids wanted to go back as soon as we arrived home and I myself wasn't too ready to come back home either from such a nice stay. We look forward to visiting again both on family vacations and company retreats in the future. Haha Adai to Chris and the most Wonderful Team~

We LOVED it! It’s always a great experience when we stay! Rachel helped us check in because front desk was a bit busy and because our room wasn’t inspected yet, she gave us complimentary drinks at the bar! She was so sweet and helpful! Also our waitress was so sweet. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair, worked at the bar and worked around 4-5pm on 9/10/23 😊 Experiences like this keep us coming back!

Hi stayed here for my Christmas/anniversary with my wife. Really enjoyed my stay. However a few things did slightly perturb me a bit. The safety deposit box in my room was broken upon checkin and after telling them three times, it was never fixed. I had one instance where I went to go dry my face on a towel and saw a fresh food smear on it. Last thing. I am not sure if they were trying to save toilet paper or not, maybe they were, but they never restocked toilet paper or tissue paper in our rooms unless I left a note for housekeeping. Perhaps this is the new rule for hotels in 2023. Anyways besides this I really enjoyed my stay. The restaurant staff and hotel staff are all really friendly! The gym is also good if you’re just a regular gym person, but if you’re a powerlifter go to paradise and train with BIG TONN!! Would stay here again! Happy new years fellas!

3rd floor near the lift they displayed metal poster by ver weak wood flame. Do metal poster falling down to floor hurt my wife finger by metal poster sharp edge.

Over all the resort was good. Check in was slow, at 5am. Housekeeping in the room is poor. I found a used medicine nebule under the bed on the 2nd day, and it stayed there until we left. The plastic wrapper of the free slippers provided was just left on the floor. So you will wonder what else they don't clean. Tasi grill was excellent. Food and service was great. Location was good too. Right in front of the malls.
