I guess I was lucky to have the room to myself, so I really enjoyed my stay here! Staff were kind throughout. I didn't see a public lounge while there (maybe a desk) but I don't mind it.

Cheep but of course uncomfortable.
The shared lounge filled with too many mosquitoes. I couldn’t stay there because of that. Putting a shared bathroom in a dormitory room is a bad idea. You have to hear the sound of someone peeing whole day. And it’s asked to turn the light and the fan off while no one is using it, but it causes a terrible smell and humid filthy condition. You should keep it on. I recommend somewhere else that has a clean and comfortable shared lounge otherwise there will be no other place you can relax other than your bed. But considering the price, it may worth. You get what you pay for. Staff are ok. Thank you.

NOT CLEAN! They leave the dirty brush right in front of you,when you are using the bathroom, shower room....so discusting....if they do'nt keep the place clean,the mold will take over their business and their precious building.

Strategic Location, Ideal for Budget Stay!
The front desk staff are always ready to help and very accommodating during my stay! Kudos! The location is great - walking distance to the Xi Men Ding night market, and Taipei Main Station. It would be your luck when it comes to room mates as the space is shared except your bed. I hope there is a water filter on the 6th floor too so there is less hassle to go down to 2nd floor to refill my water bottle.

serious, disappointing and WILL NOT STAY HERE again. what a shameful. there is a fxxking beam right above my bed, i cant even sit properly. and the water supply to basin was cut during my stay, everyone use the water pipe for toilet cleaning to brush teeth. well played (Y) never come back here again. i made a complain to expedia, but no respond was received...

Hotel is comfortable for a night's stay
Hotel had some issues with the hot water showers. Staff was able to resolve the issue promptly. Toilet was in the room area and was a bit dirty after many usages with others.

Decent place
The hostel is in a decent location and is close to many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The employees were quite helpful and spoke decent English. I stayed in the 6 bed female room which was fine. Each bed had it's own light and curtain for privacy. There are also lockers for your belongings that can be unlocked with a keycard that also unlocks the room door. Unfortunately my roommates were quite noisy and talked through the night. The cleanliness was ok. For some reason there was no soap next to our restroom sink which was quite inconvenient. The water pressure in the shower was crazy strong and would wet your clothes on the rack if you weren't careful. All in all it was a decent budget place to stay on short notice but I'm not sure if I'd come back.

Taipei budget stay
Staff was helpful and looked after my bags while I toured around before check in. Room was comfy but lacked floor space for bags. Shower had hot water. Lacation is a 5-8 min walk to central station where you catch the express airport train.

Convenient , good location.
Didn't realize I've book this so closed to ximending. Very convenient . Front desk staff are not very trained to handle complaints. Very clean rooms and fantastic location but facilities and front desk staff service aren't that fantastic for me to stay there again. Very few opportunities to interact with other travellers.

Good hostel
This is my first time staying in female dorms/hostel. I would say is a good interesting experience for me! At first when I saw the hostel lift I was alittle worried. But as I stay longer, it's was actually safe nth much to worry about. The hostel staff was friendly. We can even put our luggage before after check in -out . The toilet is clean love the shower water is big !! Bed comfortable ! It's good for ppl who don't have much luggage or else u might feel abit lack of space for u to walk after putting luggage with You! Overall I love this place! Next time maybe the whole family can book one whole room it's better than staying in hotel ! Cheap and big bed space !! One person can take up the whole bed isn't it awesome !!

Great service, nice people, very clean
Hostel workers were fantastic, kind and welcoming, and willing to help me out with some of the issues I encountered. They even gave me an umbrella when I left to go to the bus stop for my next destination! Highly recommended for comfortable budget travel!!

Convenient and comfy
Booked a double bunk bed for two and it was comfy. There were stairs to the upper bunk bed which was easier than climbing a ladder. You could pull the curtain around each bunk bed for privacy, but it could get a little stuffy. Locker and room door were operated by keycard locks. Overall, we were satisfied with the room but the only thing I wasn't so thrilled about was the toilet and shower being in the same room. When someone else flushed or showered, you could hear the sounds quite clearly. And there was one toilet and one shower in the room, so all guests would have to take turns. If all beds in the room are taken, there would be 12 guests. The hostel was located a few mins from Ximen metro station's exit 6 pedestrian walkway, and it took around 15mins to walk to Taipei Main Station, which was really convenient. Just beside the hostel, there is a halal beef noodle shop and other eateries. Ximending is really nearby so you don't have to worry about food.

Clean and new, but unnecessarily noisy
The good: Rooms were clean, comfy, and in great condition. Service was reasonably professional and reliable. Bathrooms and showers clean and fully functional. Location convenient enough, within maybe 10 minutes walk of metro station. The bad: Electronic locks on dorm door and bedside lockers make annoying beeping and crunching sounds, which makes it hard to have a quiet night's sleep even when the other guests are trying to be quiet and respectful. Worse, fire alarm was tested about ten times in a row in the late morning without any prior warning to the guests. In-dorm shower room had musty smell from insufficient ventilation (shared shower room in hallway was better).

Yes, we did some minor changes after the first three months. But some of the pix online were actually posted by our guests after their stays, which we were not able to remove. That's why some of the old pix did not reflect how our hostel is now. Thanks for your comments. We are looking forward to your stay again!

Dormitory type accommodation.
All the room provided by the hotel is not independent room, but just the type of the bed in dormitory type big room. The information including the photos are misleading or fake. Once you accept the information, you can enjoy clean bed and other facilities.

This was an unforgettable experience of staying in a capsule hotel, but with clean environments and the gathering room is outstanding. Cheap is one of the important thing as well, getting the discount three days before my booking is just lucky.
