Positives: friendly staff, close to main train station, easy to walk to restaurants, museums and other Tainan sites, open roof for relaxing, room balcony, good safety features w key door and elevator entries and room safe. Negatives: air conditioning was poor (turned off when we arrived so room was over 30° Celsius , at night air con only cooled room to 25.5° Celsius— considering we were on top floor and it was only February this was too warm for good sleep ), one shower gel is only toiletry and was close to empty (understandable not to include multiple toiletries but the one included should be full).

Located conveniently - there is a 7-11 store just a few hundred feet away where it's convenient to buy snacks, water, coffee and you can even call a taxi to come by to pick you up. It is also about a 5-minute walk from an open market where you can local produce in the morning. The road is well traveled and is quite safe. All in all, I'd stay there again. The staff speaks excellent English and is always eager to help. They are very pleasant.

Nothing special but has some good points
A comfortable, smaller hotel within walking distance of the train station (not the high speed rail one, which is a 20 min taxi ride/450 NTD) and Chikan Tower (12 min walk). Ok area for restaurants - not great. Hotel has nice rooftop garden and library.

Very close to railway station, quiet nice big room, spacious everything is good except have to remember to put the little rubber tab on drainage after showering to prevent mosquitoes or cockroaches come up. Needs wider table to put our big luggages but the male staff very nice helpful patience to assist us for everything. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service to customer feedback
When we choose this hotel we expect this is another "chic" design hotel with normal service. However, during our stay we experienced lousy neighbor which stayed up until mid night. After complaining to hotel staff they react tentatively and get a new room for us. We really appreciate their prompt response to handle the situation.

The room’s big and nicely decorated but not very functional - I had to borrow a chair to open the window because window handle was placed too high and also blocked by big bar counter. Roof top was nice but not very inviting as there’s always nobody. Lighting was so dim it was almost depressing.

호텔 로비에서부터 환한 미소로 시작하는 호텔입니다. 직원분들은 몹시 친절하셨고 영어로 의사소통도 원활하게 진행됐습니다. 호텔 룸까지 직원분이 같이 동행해주셔서 설명해주셔서 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션은 굉장히 좋은 편이고 향도 좋았습니다. 침대시트도 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어있어 푹 자고일어났습니다. 다만 큰길가에 있는 호텔이라 밤에 경적소리 오토바이소리가 좀 들리는 편이니 잠자리에 예민하신 분들은 참고하세요~

Very clean and spacious room. Small boutique hotel in quiet location -near Kaohsiung train station (about 5 mins walk) which is convenient if taking train; have to walk further (closer to Chikan Tower) for more dining options esp if breakfast is not included.

Great location near sights, great hotel
We chose the hotel as it was within walking distance of the train station, but we were thoroughly impressed by the location, room, service and deck area. We also got the breakfast, which was interesting, tasty and generous. The room was boutique style and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

the room is spacious and hospitality provided was excellent. the amenities are adequate except for the aircon as the ventilation was not spread equally across the vent. provided a fan to circulate the room which was rather disturbing for light sleeper.

Hotel was in a very good location, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel's bar had a great choice of craft beers, and there was also a very nice skygarden for chilling if that took your fancy.

Small suggestion to equip with room heater or warmer during cold weather. Water temperature not consistent, each floor mayb can install hot water dispenser instead of going lobby to get hot water. Otherwise, nice hotel room and big bathroom.

The location is very close to the train station about 10 min walk away. We were lucky to be selected for a room upgrade which was spacious and very clean. The only down side was the glass wall between the bathroom and the room allowed the silhouette to be seen. Although this was the case, the layout of the furniture in the room meant this was not an issue. The staff were very friendly and informative on sightseeing suggestions...unfortunately they did not speak English.

Close to perfect
We discovered our room floor was never swept and the bathroom dirts were not cleaned. Only after we complained that they were clean. All other things are perfect about this hotel. We believe the housekeeping department has things to improve.

Good stay and convenient to nearby attractions. Hotel reception is cheerful and helpful. They have a specialised map to recommend for attractions. Room and toilet are clean

Comfy stay
Was great. Just without carpet, felt less cosy. And chair movement from above is very loud. Room always have cigarette smell, even though smoking are not allowed. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Location is pretty near TRA station. Just that a little far from the eatery area.

The property is one of the very few boutiques hotels in Tainan. The stay was pleasant and home like. In addition , it has a nice bar to chill and a great terrace at the roof to work and pass time

Comfortable, Relaxing Stay
Conveniently located to many of Tainan's famous markets, temples and great restaurant. Walking distance to Tainan Train Station.
