Firstly I paid extra for 4 people to stay, lucky I rang up the day before as they had us in a room that sleeps 3. They sorted that by putting us in two rooms next to each other, which was great, teengaers were very happy.
I go to have a shower, luke warm water, i figure thats ok, I'll have one in the morning they must have run out. No, it is stone cold, I go to the office 'oh that has never happened before', turns out the whole block has cold water. I do not have time to wait around for that to be fixed. All I get is a sorry.
I have emailed the motel direct, no response, so a bad review for them, which I never do, I am usually pretty tolerant.
