We like the service and room and children play area, but we didnt like the toilet in our bathroom. It didn't completely flush and left urine and fecal matter behind. We had to flush so many times to get the toilet water to look "clean." The towels and bedsheets also seem kind of old, but everything else was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Cleanliness, have to inform them to make up the room or else they won’t. Staff generally friendly and helpful except for a rather bossy women who kind of ruins the vibes with her attitude. Overall very nice play to stay at where they even offer supper for patrons

Great, modern facility Room with jacuzzi..only downside is need to improve cleanliness, lots of dust, and bed sheet has stain dirt. Also the breakfast was like leftover..

Fun experience, but lingering smoke smell
Our first room, 2116 had a pool, spa, sauna, and KTV room. The pool was not warm but the layout was great and fun. When we checked in for the second night, we got room 2111 with the same amenities, although the pool, spa, sauna, and bathroom were in a "patio" type area separate from the main bedroom and the pool was actually warm. KTV room not quite as fancy as room 2116 but still high quality sound with English songs too. Breakfast very good with ample options. Only complaint, which might be a total dealbreaker for some: because these are "party" rooms, there is a definite cigarette smoke smell (in both rooms we had). I would not come back because of this.

The towels were smelly. The beds and pillows were not compftable. There were lots of pictures of a pool with slide but there was No pool. The play room was good.

設備跟服務都值得讚許～唯一的缺點是雖然勾選入住無菸房但還是有明顯的菸味，另外電視的youtube也沒有登出，可能要請房務人員注意避免透露上一個顧客的隱私，整體來說蠻推薦的！

Excellent experience!
The hotel is a little bit out of the way and quite difficult to get a cab in that area but you can always ask the nice staff to help you call a cab in. 15mins walk to Fengjia Night Market. The room is very big and also had a nice bathtub. Overall nice experiences.

unusual, different, quirky rooms, staff need smile
Fantastic and unusual suite. The hotel let’s its self down with guest reception and breakfast isn’t great for foreigners, staff should really try and put some effort in to be more welcoming and friendly. It has a decent playroom for children on the top floor but it’s essentially a boutique hotel and thankfully there’s plenty around the area to do.

Good place to stay and it's near FengJia
Room is good and clean. Check in is fast and almost effortless. The only area which I thought if their staff can have more smiling faces, it'll be excellent

Convenient if going to HSR in Taichung
Hotel does not have a restaurant for food other than breakfast and area is residential so it’s a bit of a walk to find food.

Nice hotel, worth the stay
We had the business double room, and it is really big and comfy. The room has a large bathtub and even a sauna. It was definitely an enjoyable stay

Bathroom blinds..useless
Service : We booked a room for 5 days with an in-room jacuzzi facility. As we didn’t make up our room through out our stay, we asked for bottled water and toilet rolls from the reception for refills.. they told us that we will be charge for all these and we weren’t very happy about this. shortly after, another colleague came by (probably heard us questioning the receptionist) and he told us that this charges will be waived off out of good will. Ridiculous! Room: Bathroom blinds too narrow, basically useless.. anyone showering can be seen when lying on the bed right outside! Bathroom is clean. Bed: Hard to satisfy every patron, but the pillows are really too flat! Literally.. flat! Location: knowing that Taichung do not have much transport options available- be prepared to take a taxi to the train station from the hotel (Approx Taiwan Dollar 150/trip). There is a club right behind the hotel, MUSE. Check it out. Do expect a lot of youngsters. P.s Please fix the blinds!!

Not a pleasant stay.
We actually book the room for three nites. However, the stay was unpleasant so we decided to check out after the first night stay. In the morning after our first night stay, we received a call at 1140am telling us to check out at 12 pm in the same day. We were shocked because we actually book the room for three nights. The operator explained that it was their hotel policy for customers to check out at 12pm and check in at 9pm daily during our hotel stay. Meaning to say we need to check in and check out three times for our three nites stay at this hotel. How ridiculous can that be and this policy was not stated anywhere when we make the hotel reservation. Adding salt to the wound, we have many bags with us and there is no lift direct to our room. The supervisor Wang called us and said we have to check out as it was mentioned in hotel booking reservation but we insisted it was not stated. So he performed a double check and realised it was not stated under the english website when we made our booking. He did offer to upgrade our room after they realised the mistake but there was already much unhappiness created so we see no point in staying on in this hotel. But he mentioned he will waive off our remaining two nites stay charge with no penalty. Seriously we felt that it was their fault that this important policy was not written in their website and that this was not highlighted to us when we check in on the first day.

Great “5-star” boutique “motel”
Very satisfied indeed. We’ve got everything we need in this hotel: Grand, upscale, elegant, spacious room, excellent staff service and breakfast/late night buffet. We also had a free shuttle ride to the night market. Highly recommended.
