"Hotel was noticeably old and there was a lot of active construction items laying around. Lots of junk items laying around. Under the awning there was an old drink machine laid on its side being used as a catch all for empty cans and other trash. At one time I told the room attendant that we did t need total room service but if we could just get two towels and would Be good. She told me that ALL the towel were used up and she didn’t have any more to get me any. I must say this upset me that “there were NO MORE TOWELS at the property”? So I told her to go to one of the empty rooms and get me two, which she did. Other than that it was a place for me to sleep out of the rain."

"A hidden gem!! A wonderful hotel along the river. Just a short little drive to downtown Dillsboro. Dillsboro offered a great brewery, pizza spot, nice steakhouse and an incredible Bbq restaurant. We stayed 5 nights. I had to make 2 reservations to accommodate the five nights. The first night I paid for a balcony room but was very disappointed they put us on the first floor. The rest of the trip we were on the 3rd floor. Great views of the river, wildlife and canoers. Breakfast was mediocre, but average for a free breakfast. Jessie, one of the receptionist, was very helpful. We will be back."

"The hotel was overall good. Not enough towels at check in and no body wash. Refrigerator leaked all over the floor in the middle of the night. Due to staff shortage not a lot for breakfast the first day. The second morning was better."

"We had a great time and a little getaway for my husband and I. The hotel was in a quiet area on the interstate. It was clean when we walked in. The elevator was down though but the stairs weren't too bad going up. The hotel was 20 mins away from the casino too. We will definitely be back."

"The entire place was being remodeled, there were old appliances and furniture sitting everywhere. Parking spaces were blocked with trash bins and pallets. Wasn’t very pleased. Would have liked to know before booking"
