Very comfy beds and large apartments. All amenities provided for except bottled water. Annoying come 10am and your loading the car up and your locked out of the apartment.

It's very nice, quiet, clean and very nice property. Easy access to a train and close to a local pub. Easy to check in, with clear instructions 👌. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The grounds were lovely. The kids loved the pool and location. Our only negative comment was that the adults beds were not comfortable, very lumpy.

It was very convenient to the uni, food, shopping & transport. It was very clean & tidy. Check in was easy & very friendly staff. Very quiet & relaxing. Will definitely stay there on each trip to Richmond.

The apartment was well equipped and a very good comfortable size. Seperate bedroom meant the tired ones could sleep while the others watched TV in the seperate lounge area. The beds were soft and comfy. Only downfall was the 1 bathroom which was a bit difficult to get into and out of the shower which was in the bath. No seperate toilet either.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are large compared to the average Motel room. The property is well looked after. The only thing I could say that could be improved would be the shower head.
