Clean rooms, everything worked. Pools were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good. Walking around the property on the outside, there were areas that could use maintenance. There were uneven sidewalks and unlevel ground- I actually tripped out by the kid’s pool. It was a decent stay. The neighborhood around the hotel was terrible. Trash is thrown all over the streets, I saw multiple people just throwing trash out of their car windows. Lots and lots of trash ruining the beautiful scenery.

We had a lovely stay, we never left the hotel the whole 3 nights we stayed there. It is comfortable and everything you needed for that part of Jordan could be found in the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great and the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Everything was great.

Great clean resort with easy access to Dead sea to experience the sea and mud. Only suggestion would be to provide more free water as we experienced in other resorts. I was later told the one bottle of water is complementary, but label was not clear on that.

Excellent and very professional staffs, we felt welcomed and have been taken care of from every staff on the facility. The 1312 restaurant is fantastic and we even tried the Shisha. Dead sea is very unique and definitely worth going again.

Amazing top class property with multiple pools and restaurants. Our suit was top class. Has private access to dead sea and also provides free dead sea mud. Only issue is they close the pool and dead sea by sunset and don't open them till 8 AM. I would strongly recommend to keep the pools open till at least 9 PM and open the pools and beach by sunrise. there are lot of people who want to experience the beach at sun rise.

1. Not allowed to bring your food or drinks from outside. Your car gets inspected at the entrance gate. Big sign posted by entrance gate but non of that is mentioned on Expedia when you book the room 2. You book king or queen size beds but you get queen and double. When you ask why, the response “those are European sizes” 3. Number of people gets counted in n the cars right at the entrance gate and need to present the passports or IDs of everyone in the car. Front desk tell you can’t sleep 3 people in a room with two queen beds and needs to pay $50 to get an extra bed/couch. Non of that is mentioned on Expedia 4. Front desk and management make their guests feel they are being interrogated and stress you out even at the entrance gate. You feel making the wrong choice by staying at this hotel

Staff are friendly but the rooms and the hotel in general wasn't cleat at all even the bed sheets had hair on them showing that it hasn't been cleaned or changed before our arrival

The hotel grounds were spotless and clean. The staff was friendly and the room was in great condition. Views were outstanding with access to mud bath area, pools, bars, and of course the Dead Sea. Check in was slow with room being promised at 3pm but not ready at that time and we were asked to keep waiting. The pool bar had just changed the beer keg which resulted in flat, uncarbonated beer - poor bar staff apologized but proceeded to charge full price. Hotel does not allow any outside food or drinks and charges top dollar (around $8.50 JOD/$12 USD for a bottle of Heineken in the lobby bar!). It was overall a great experience for a 1 night stay.
