On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth.

Nothing was liked the property is run down poor lighting. I kept a handgun under my pillow I wasn’t given a key to the room. No security at all. It’s run down hotel. Don’t take children there he’ll adults be wary. Poll is drained with stagnant water. Fear for your life there.

There was no hot water in the room,the back h tub was filthy,the door wouldn't hardly close,the temp of the room was either too hot or too cold! No answer at front desk when tried to call ,went down to talk to someone and noone was at front desk!

Check in was lengthy as the computer system was down. Had to wait for the owner tonreturn to compkeye check in. Required a cash only deposit of 50. With NO ATM on facility. Room was not in great shape. Tub leaked, TV didnt work. The residents were noisy and lack of sleep because of ut. Overall terrible wont be back

1of the worst and disapointing hotel experiences ihad
Had a bad experience. Had 1 towel an 1 washcloth. No floor towel an floor was slippery almost slipped twice after shower. Shower Curtain had stains on it should of been thrown away along time ago.No hand towel either. Ac unit was loud and was crooked not properly placed held up by rocks. Floor felt dirty. The seating Table whobled. The door knob chain was broken. And on top of it all the tv did not work.

It has gotten dirty since the new owner took over. TV didn't work. No toilet paper in room. Price went up. Had to go to on line to get a room. No walk in. Its the shouldn't be in business until things are fixed.

Do NOT come book here. The pictures look nice but it was a nightmare. We got there at 3:30 check in is supposed to be at 3. I had a reservation (obviously since I booked it through Travelocity) & the front desk ladies tell me they don’t know if they have a room available, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A RESERVATION. It’s not like they didn’t know we were coming. I stand there waiting for them to get it together they are calling the maid to see which room was clean, she ask me how many beds I needed. I told her we booked it for two beds since we have a kid with us, she finally gets a room. Charges me the $50 deposit fee. Okay cool, we go up to our room & cant get the door open. The maintenance guy happens to be in the hallway & sees us struggling so he bends the doorframe just to get us in the room & tells us he’s gonna come back to fix it. Okay we’re in the room, but now our door won’t close. How are we supposed to feel safe with a door that won’t close?? So my child goes to the bathroom, the toilet won’t flush, the bathtub is disgusting like they hadn’t cleaned it in a year, we go to open the fridge & get slapped in the face with a rotting meat smell. So I said that’s it we are going somewhere else. As I’m looking up other hotels we tried to put the tv on for our son, the tv won’t work. Oh & the ac won’t blow cold air! We go to load our stuff back up & check out & the lady behind us had the exact some problems with her room. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The entire crew was out in the parking lot drinking on the 4th of july also had all their friends come out to party. Waited for a room for 45 mins, when got to the room looked NOTHING like the pictures online, a/c didnt work nor did the tv and it was completely disgusting

I was extremely disappointed with my stay!! In fact, I changed hotels on my last night because I couldn’t take it anymore. The room was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, the bathtub was covered with soap scum. The TV never worked, the mini fridge was dirty, the paint was peeling in the pool and something bit me all over my upper body. I never saw what was actually biting me and can only assume that it was bedbugs. I literally have like 20 bites on my face, arms and upper torso that are still itching and turning to sores. They didn’t even act surprised about the situation and of course didn’t even offer to refund any of my money. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I will not be back!!! And, for the record, this is the first bad review I have ever given!

This property was absolutely horrible I completely ate the reservation because it was so trashed on the outside I didn’t want to go inside. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Worse place ever
This place is terrible. The first room they gave us the refrigerator or microwave didn't work and was only 2 towels for 4 people. After about 3 hours they finally moved us to another room and gave us a room with one bed for 4 of us so i had to go back to the front desk and tell then I had to have a double bed so they gave me another room and when we got to that room we only have one towel and when i ask for more towels they said they don't have any towels. They have a indoor pool but no towels. The rooms are nasty. They have been remodeling this motel for at least 4 years and it looks worse than before they started. This place has changed ownership probably 4 times in the past 6 years. People live here and the police is always here. I seen the police a good 10 times in the past 16 hours

We survived it.
The place had people living there. Rooms with damaged and missing locks. Our room was changed three times. One room the toilet seat was broken. The second had a clogged drain in the tube. Too much noise at night. On the positive, the people we're friendly.

This place is an absolute hole! Not as advertised. To begin, the place looks broken down from the highway view, abandoned, no motel 6 sign. Pulling up it looked as though there were several people living at this establishment and it was under construction in many areas. Was awful looking from the start but I never judge a book by its cover. I had to pay a $50 cash deposit and when my 14yo son and I got to room 164... it was almost amusing that they expected me to stay there. Pulling my car in front of the room there was a man standing by the door next to mine. His back was to the door like he was making sure nothing got out. There was a large dog barking inside, without ceasing, and the man did not look friendly. I began to notice, as I got out of my car, that several people were staring at me and watching me go to my room.. extremely uncomfortable. I noticed more barking from the rooms above me as I moved to open the door. I tried multiple times to open the door but the key reader was damaged excessively and so was the door. Finally, almost falling in the room after I finagled it open, we entered to a stench and a soggy wooden floor. No handle on the bathroom door, over a one inch gap at the bottom of the main door, bathtub looked like someone died in there. The towels were ragged. Walking in, water came up from the wooden panels laid on the floor, dogs barking above and below me, the smell. We had to get out of there immediately. Worst place ever!

The stuff are some cool peoples and any issues i had they did everything they could to make my stay better. But let me tell you the issues. My first issue was with towels i was told they only have enough towels for each room to get one towel per room perday. So i had to go buy my own towels. Second they are in the process of remodeling i was walking back to my room one night with no shoes and stepped on a razor blade. I then had to go find a place that was open and buy my own bandaids because they dont have any. Then the final and the worst part was that they have bed bugs. We left that hotel the minute we seen the prof of them. But no other hotel in the area would take us because of coming from this hotel. But on a positive note i would give them another chance because the staff is a kick ass staff they did everything in there power to make everything great. But the hotel will have to be completely done and all new furniture.

First they would not take my pre-payment though travelocity, so I had to pay again at the front desk. They made us also pay a 50 dollar security deposit in Cash, because they said if we paid on a card we might not get it back. The rooms had roaches, my friend also got a room and he had roaches too, but his room smelled awful and they had some baking powder in there to "help". People live here so kids are running around outside at 1am making lots of noise. We did not stay our entire two days we left after 1 day. The cable in the room also did not work.

March 20-22, 2020, Room 235. No WiFi. Weak WiFi (old network still named ‘Motel6’) will not even connect. I asked the day shift desk clerk 3/21 to check into this. No one did anything, or if they did, they did not pass the information to the 3/21 night shift. New lock on door. Sloppy installation with caulk around door mechanism. Wood and tile floors look new. TV, toilet, beds, bathroom sink area, look new. Walls, tub and remaining fixtures look pre-renovation. Fridge works. Microwave doesn’t work.. AC control knob is broken. AC on/off is by plugging/unplugging. It cools good for about 5 minutes and then stops working. The AC unit is very loud, and prevents sleep. Lights work except for switch by entrance door. TV works; no channel guide provided; very grainy picture; sound is OK. Good beds. Good hot water. Good shower; shower head needs cleaning; bottom of tub needs cleaning. No phone in room.

Run far from this property. Roaches , curtains falling down , toilet unhinged, they won't let you pay through hotels.com they make you pay at the counter and charge $50 for damage.. no toilet paper no tissue 1 towel 1 washcloth.. big NO!
