Fantastic location and fantastic property
The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Lovely house in Swanage
We have had a wonderful stay in house in Swanage. Centrally located so perfect for short breaks. House was lovely, clean and well equipped. Pictures don’t quite do it justice. 3 good size bedrooms. Beds were comfy lots of storage space for clothes in bedrooms. House was well equipped especially for families with children. We would definitely like to return to the property! Host was very helpful with all key information provided and made us feel welcome. Thanks

than the photos show. We will cwdtainly book this house aThe loacation of the house is perfect. The property was very clean and had all the amenities needed plus extra. The photos on the advert do not do the property jusitce. It is much more spacious and pleasant than the photos show.

Fab comfy home in central location
The property was as described and suited our family short break. Excellent location in the town and close to the beach. Communications with the owner were excellent and lots of thoughtful directions, parking advice and local facilities were included.

The property was in an excellent location for both the sea and shops and pubs. It was a well equipped house, with dishwasher and modern cooking facilities. Hot showers and excellent heating. Very comfortable beds. Cosy lounge for watching tv and reading. Would definately book again.

Perfect place in the centre of beautiful Swanage.
Very practical and clean but with charm and Swanage pictures on the walls.Even two teapots in the kitchen on top of 3 cafetieres! Plus a good selection of board games and dvds in the living room. The little courtyard is a nice place to breath the sea air and unwind.

This was a lovely, well equipped property, in a quiet, private town location, 2 minutes away from the beach. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. Although there was no parking, we had no problems parking our two cars all week on nearby streets.

Wonderful holiday!
Fabulous week in Swanage! The house is perfect, well equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Great location too - we parked easily in the long stay car park and walked everywhere throughout the week, nice and flat for those with any mobility issues. We’ll definitely e back!

Great house in central Swanage
We had a super time staying here. It’s a well proportioned, well equipped property in the centre of Swanage. It’s tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is near to shops, the beach and lots of eateries. I’d throughly recommend staying, and Katie provided fantastic information about the property and the area.

We stayed here with family and it was a really lovely, well equipped, modernised house. The location was perfect for town, seafront and walking, but in a very quiet side street. The house was well decorated and clean. Lovely shower and comfy beds. Thank you.

Great location, clean property, well equipped for families
A well presented property, well equipped for self catering and also close to everywhere: eateries, beach, pubs, cinema etc. Parking tricky in street but you could unload and park in the nearby car park which in winter/spring is only a pound a day at time of writing. The stairs are very steep if you are not used to them and the ceiling on the stair well a little low if you are tall, but the rooms are very well proportioned, and warm in winter and the bathroom is also a nice size and warm. If you have children then there are tons of games and loads of DVDs for kids and adults, so even if it is a rainy day, you can still have fun inside : )

Lovely
This is our 2nd time staying at this property, it boasts a great location. Only a 1 minute walk into town, 2 minutes to the beach and arcade. It's a nice flat walk to the town as well so no struggling up hills. House was spotless! Cannot fault our stay! Thanks again Katie! X

This is a perfect house for a family holiday, being central to the town centre - a short walk to the shops, beach or the train station. Well equipped and clear. Good communication with the host.

Location, location, location
House was perfect for me, my teenage children and mum. We were all comfortable. Had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen. Main bonus for us was location, right in heart of swanage but so quiet! This was perfect for my mum who can’t walk terribly far, she was close enough to shops, pubs, sea and pier. Parking was hard to find in local streets even in tail end of October so we used the long stay car park in town, about ten mins walk from house but absolutely fine. For anyone with mobility issues the location is perfect, the stairs have quite a shallow step but are fine you just need to take a little more care. Thanks so much super time and super house.

Everything on your doorstep!
Great location, with everything just a short walk away! Surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the centre of Swanage. House is clean, comfortable and a home from home. Had a great week exploring the area with the family. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kates property. The location is fantastic right on the edge of the town centre but very quiet on a nice side street. The property is very well equipped with a well-stocked kitchen If you want to do any meals whilst you’re there. It’s a very cosy and homely house that is very well presented and decorated to a high standard. Kate’s communication is excellent and there is a fantastic brochure with the property on your arrival, with local recommendations etc. Couldn’t fault our stay and we would definitely look at coming back

This was a well situated, beautifully refurbished property. Excellent support documents and instructions. A cosy, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Close to the centre and beach. Parking is the only slight issue, but not insurmountable. We would return in the near future.

Perfect Half Term Seaside Break!
Katie was fantastic in communicating with us well before we arrived so I could plan our week. The weather was kind and Swanage is a joy! So much for the kids to do locally. Katie's folder of information was so personal and helpful. Parking was a little tricky at times but no big deal. The beach was a 2 minute walk away! Forgot to leave a message in the guest book, but it really did feel like a home-from-home. Thank you so much!

Perfect check in, was able to check in a little earlier which extended our holiday. Very clean and had all the things we needed for a family with teenagers. WiFi, games, dvds. So close to shops and restaurants as well as beech, didn't need to use car for 5 days as everything was ready to access either by walking stream train or bus.

Lovely clean, fresh bedding, very comfy beds, good size towels, well equipped kitchen. Terrific location for the beach, restaurants, shops, train - so much to see and do in Purbeck. Modern and clean interior. Would definitely recommend this property. Only things to note - had to park round the corner (main road opposite Co-op), and the shower is quite small.

Quiet location despite being only 2 minutes from the beach. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good beds and high-quality linen. Had a really pleasant stay. Parking is the only issue so do be prepared to pay for the local car park. Also, if you're planning to visit Studland Bay, Corfe Castle and other places locally it's worth thinking about buying a National Trust membership as lots of places and car parks are run by the NT.

Tremendous location, quality accommodation & very well kitted out
My wife and I took her nearly 90 year old mother who cannot walk too far as uses a stick, so needed a central, but quiet location within the town as all our 4 grand children were staying the same week elsewhere in the town. Parking is free and unlimited on the street if you can get slot, but if not the main town car park charges only £33 for the entire week (which is what we did as only used the car twice, as Swanage has everything within easy walking distance of this lovely property), It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and so well equipped, even with beach gear which was great for the grand children. Beds all VERY comfortable and we had a great week and can thoroughly recommend.

This property really is a home from home. We had a great time, the property is so near restaurants, the beach, pubs and shops and we found free parking on a road about 10 minutes walk away. Comfy beds, great shower, plenty of sofa space - what wasn't to like??? Great communication with the owner, Katie, before the holiday. All in all, one to recommend.

Comfortable, well-equipped house in great location
We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed playing with the large array of toys. The house is in a great location, central but quiet and convenient for the beach. There is no dedicated parking but we were fortunate in that when we arrived after 5.00 pm a couple of spaces opened up. We only used the car twice during our week in Swanage and only had to use the pay car park for one day.
