The sofa had cigarette burns, and there were cigarette butts in the corners of the room. The headboard looked like it had been chewed by rodents and was extremely dirty. The washroom smelled horrible, the carpet near the bed was filthy, and the closet was stained. The key card did not work properly, which added to the...
