Booked double queen size bed room, but we're given a single bed one, with an excuse that that's the only room they had, even though it was simply not true as I found out later. The bed was actually too soft and made squeaky sounds every time when you turn. Had a terrible night in general.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and most rooms are clean and up to date but this one had patches on carpet ants not very clean and the remote to the TV was not working.

To start off the manager didn’t want to give us our room because she couldn’t find it even though she was given the room code and proof of receipt. Luckily the lady in the front desk was very comprehending of the situation and was trying to help us out. But the manager had no brain and started saying that we owed her because the price we paid for the room was to low. Well I preceded in telling her I don’t come up with the prices so that ain’t my fault and I’m not paying for anything. Even with the receipt in my hand that has all the info for our stay the manager tried denying us our room. Very dumb manager though is all I got to say.

It was nice overall but there was cracks in the wall and bathroom floor. It looked like they did some remodeling but didn't finish it. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly. We booked the king romantic room with jetted tub but was given 2 queen beds and no jetted tub so we couldn't have the romantic as planned but overall not bad.

It was a decent place and staff was good but i ended up getting bites all over me. I have counted over 20 on my hands/arms/neck/and back. I stayed there for almost two weeks and they didnt start tell 2 days before i left.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, thank goodness. The matt when you walk into the lobby needs to be replaced. They should supply an outdoor ash tray and doggie poop bags if they allow dogs. The hallway carpet needed a good vacuuming. The coffee lids didn't fit the coffee cups. All minor stuff on my list. The front dest staff were very friendly and professional.

Don’t let the 8.2 rating on the door fool you, this sticker is from 2018. The room smelled so weird when we walked in, my mother thought it smelled like smoke and I thought it smelled like paint. The walls are THIN and I barely slept the first night, my watch says 3 hours even though I spent 9 hours trying to sleep. A screaming toddler somewhere in the hotel kept me awake all night and then woke me again the second night even after taking sleeping pills. The sink apparently was broken and the carpet and skirting board under were water logged. The AC unit wouldn’t turn just the fan on and the inside of it was FILTHY. The gal at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in for checking in and didn’t share any information about the breakfast or hotel WiFi, she seemed like she’d much rather be somewhere else. The gal working the next couple days was much more friendly tho. There is no elevator but the stairs are extra wide so carrying bags up and down aren’t too much an issue. The shower head was about the only decent thing here, nice good pressure. They also allow cars to park over night in the red fire lane zone so that’s cool. We stayed 2 nights for a wedding in Grandview but I would NOT stay here again.

I had reserved a pet room when I arrived they didn’t see this. I also reserved a king. Was given 2 queens. First room tv was not working. The. Moved to second room tv had a black line until it wormed up. There were dirty pillow cases on one of the beds. We only used one bed the morning person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful the pool area looked great

I appreciated the good value cost of my room and the included continental breakfast. There staff was very friendly. There were lots of decor and box items in the hallway and all general doors were blocked or taped off from use. The only way to get in and out of the building was the front door. Seemed like a fire code hazard to me.
