I love the room. I wish though when i stop in early the they would of taken my information payment, etc. I was going to a football game in Fall River and wouldn't be back til late.

Most Basic Accommodation Possible
I called in advance to determine whether I could stop early in the afternoon to check-in - only to get my room key. I was told Yes. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that instructed you to call for assistance. That didn't work. There also was a Ring doorbell which did nothing the first two times I used it. On the third try, someone did show-up and said there is No early check-in but upon looking-up my reservation agreed to give me my room key. Strangely I had to put down an additional $50 security deposit. The room was very small and extremely dated. However, the king size bed was comfortable. The parking lot is full of pot-holes. At 9:00 AM the next morning, there was no one at the front desk to check-out. I had to leave the lone room key I was given in a drop box. Hopefully I get my $50 deposit back without a delay. There was a Bunn coffee maker in the lobby but no coffee in it.

we got there and the property manager said we couldn't stay because i wasn't over the age of 21. i am 19 and my fiancé is 22. we've stayed at many different hotels together and never came across this issue. when we tried to work with the manager she said it was in the policy but NO WHERE on the website or in the building was a policy stating that. when we asked to see the policy she printed it out but refused to show it to us. she said she was refusing us service because she didn't show us the policy when we asked to see it. the way she handled the situation was way out of control. she called the cops on us because we were understandably upset that we drove 8 hours and couldn't even stay in the motel. and called me underage and said i was not an adult because i can't buy cigarettes or alcohol. which makes no sense. she locked the window and called the cops on me and my fiancé. she was also looking in all the windows of the motel, she stated that we are permanently banned from their 8 location because she refused us service. over all a terrible experience. when we asked to get our refund she said she doesn't do refunds at all so i had to get a hold of an Expedia agent and after the agent contacted the property she gave us our refund.

After Watching The Video We Are Going To Back Our Employee Who By The Way Never Said She Was The Manager But Did Clearly Tell You That Our Policy Is 21 To Check In And It Is Clearly Printed In The Policies When You Book Online And You Very Clearly Were Heard Calling Her Some Very Derogatory Names

We are still able to assist everyone after hours with check in process or any other issues that may arise. There is a RING doorbell to call staff with and phone numbers posted as well. Private and quiet
The hotel room was tidy and neat. Older set up with the tiniest shower stall ever. It was a nice place to stay though, quiet and private. I enjoyed my stay.

Older but clean!
The facility was under some repairs, so it looked a little sketchy when we arrived. Was not sure if we were going to get the ladies to stay. We checked in anyway. The place is definitely on the older side, but the room was clean, and presentable. I would stay there again if in the area.

Driveway was closed and parking sucked. Room smelled like urine. Toilet is to small. The pillows are cheap flat foam pillows. The only good thing I can say is it was very quiet.

Sketchy but cheap
We stayed here when our flight was cancelled last minute and everything near the airport was booked. It was cheap ($95) but quite an experience! No one staffs the office after 9pm so I checked in via a rich doorbell, through which I was required to read off my credit card details for the incidentals deposit. The front entrance is closed due to some kind of remodel, so we had to drive around some back streets and down a rough gravel drive through a construction site to reach our room. The room was cleaner than I expected judging from the outside of the building, but there was still hair in the shower and a couple on the pillows. Holes in the walls, ceiling etc, but the bed was comfortable and the water hot.

The carport for check in had been run into by a construction vehicle. There was construction going on next door. The parking lot wasn’t paved and not many spots to park in. It was definitely a bargain for 2 nights considering all places were booked in the area due to graduations going on in Madison.
