I called front office saying my hot water wasnt working. Her response, im not sure what to do, try in a couple hours. I usually enjoy my stay here as i do often. But when i cant take a shower when id like makes it a problem.

Mostly positive
Nice people mostly clean room. Stuff on wall by light switch for bathroom sink area. Great shower. Quiet. Over priced for the amenities or perks available. I like hard mattresses but not everyone does. And not for a longer than 3 day stay.

Can’t ask for too much for the price. We stayed a night when visiting family nearby so just picked the most economical option. The room was clean but super dated, staff was super nice. Walls were paper thin though so I kept waking up when people upstairs were walking around and when people are leaving in the morning (we were on the first floor). Something kept making noise at night as well, may be the water heater or the heater, again it’s just dated infrastructure. Water was warm and the heater worked well. It was a nice little spot if you want inexpensive options.

Overall this room and property was run down. The room had no closet or even a place to hang close. The bed was worn out. There were sketchy people hangin out around the room for hours after dark. For the price of $130, the room was not worth the cost. Would not stay here again.

Thank you for your review. We are in the process of remodeling the rooms. Hanging racks and hangers just came in, and being hung in all rooms. Not sure what sketchy people hanging around. We have camera all over property, and unless you have a room here, we have people leave property.

We do have guests that extend their stay with our motel, like many motels for workers that come in to do work in the area.

Nice room
The room was as clean and spacious. Renovated recently. Could use a couple of towel bars. There was no coffee. Wifi worked well except for first morning. Good restaurants nearby. Check in clerk was friendly and helpful. Clerk on second night was rude. Plenty of electrical outlets and light. Sink stopper needs to be reconnected. Bed pretty good. I would come back. Price reasonable.

The towels are located in the vanity area. Our coffee is located in the lobby for guests. All of our staff is professional and helpful with our guests. We are still in the process of updating to new vanities and other furniture for the rooms.

Broken tile in the bathroom. The only way to shut the bathroom door was to lift the toilet seat because someone didn't measure right putting in the toilet. You have to push on the front door in order to use the dead bolt and when you leave you need to pull on the front door to have it close.

Wasn’t worth the money I paid, the flooring had big gaps between planks had a musty smell, poorly painted, not updated. The guests in the room above me were very noisy, bath towels were a joke, had trouble with the T.V.

Find a different hotel. Really.
Proverbial no tell motel. Only thing missing were the hourly rates. Check in was conducted by a very nice lady and I understand that she has no control over the overall condition of the property. The owner should be ashamed of the rate they charge for a stay. Could have done better with amenities for the same price. There was a woman "passed out" at the wheel of her vehicle in the parking lot when I left the property.

Although the check in person went out of their way to change our room from the upper level to the lower to accommodate my wife’s disability, The condition of the room was disappointing. We found crumbs in one bed, the safety latch on the door was broken and did not work.

Filthy. Broken security system on front door. Toilet had literal bugs on the seat, which was covered with a 'Sanitized for your Safety' strip. TV remote would not work, had to unplug the TV from the wall. Beds looked like the sheets had not been changed. We bought blankets and slept on top. Left before the 2nd full night of our stay. We'll never stay there again.

We would of gladly moved you to another room if you contacted the front desk of the issues with the room. We strip ALL BEDDING and TOWELS when cleaning our rooms, and would of checked and or replaced the remote in the room and had maintenance check TV and other issues.

Sorry for your experience, when checking remarks, no mention was made you called front desk with your concerns, we would of gladly moved you to another room.The payment was a virtual card for your reservation, and we had credit card transaction on the day of your stay. Room was clean, but not the best condition. Peeling paint and the front door was not properly hung so there were gaps at the top and bottom of the door..as much as an inch at the top of the door. The staff was helpful and friendly, location was perfect for our one night trip, the room air was surprisingly stuffy and humid.

There was no coffee maker in the room, and the lobby (which did have a coffee maker) was closed until 9 am. There was hair in the bathroom and makeup on the pillows when I arrived. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door. Also, even though I was carrying a baby in a carrier and had to schlep all of his things to the room, they put me on the second floor. I didn't see an elevator.

Sorry you were not happy with the room. After reviewing your reservation, you did not ask for a ground floor. Due to short staffing, we have the lobby open at 9:00am. Front desk never received call concerning issues with the room.

The room smelled and the WiFi didn't work. When we asked to move there were no other rooms available, but no discount was offered. We called not long after we checked it, so they had plenty of time to address our concerns, but they just "explained" the smell, like I cared why it smelled. Paid WAY TOO MUCH for one night given the situation. Will never book there again.
