Check in took longer than usual due to the internet, she couldn’t connect. The hotel is clean and quiet. Not a lot of food places open nearby and the front desk wasn’t helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Make sure you don’t get a room anywhere near the elevator, it’s super loud. There was also only one elevator working.

Clean, comfortable rooms. I booked two rooms & they accommodated my joining request. Pool was warm, breakfast delicious. Furniture was a tad worn, and rooms were hot - a/c didn’t seem to work well cool down. But the staff & service were excellent. Would come again!

It was a lovely stay! We really enjoyed it. The ac in our room was iffy so it was warmer than we would like but it was doable! We had a great stay!

Great location and clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast. Only downside was how hard our mattress was, made it very difficult to sleep.

Lovely harbor front location, walking distance to shops in Summerside. Harbor view room was immaculate and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included with the room. I visited in the winter. Would definitely return for another stay during the summer.

We enjoyed staying here for it is close to everything in summerside area . The rooms are Nice and dogs are also permitted which is a plus . Only downfall would be the air conditioning/heater because it would never stay the same temperature in the room , its always fluctuating to extreme cold then hot … besides that the breakfast that was included is delicious and the staff are all very kind . I definetly recommend this hotel

Lovely spot. Only complaint is our heat was set so low. We got a staff member to check and she couldn't figure out the issue. She was going to call some one to check it. We went to the conference room for a event. Room was still cool so we went to bed instead of addressing the issue. Was a nice sleep over all.

Great room. Amazing staff at front desk and the gentleman working in the restaurant was fantastic. Really good breakfast. The pool and pool area was small and not a lot of seating an uncomfortable seating

Room definitely needs a good deep clean. Bathroom was pretty dirty (mold in shower) faucets clearly haven't been cleaned in a while. Shower head was really gross and water pressure was horrible. Honestly is worth what we paid. We stayed in way nicer airbnb for about $30 cheaper. Breakfast was really good however.

We had reserved the hospital room a week in advance and when we showed up to our reservation, another team was using the room. The manager stated we would need to share, despite booking it a head of time. There is 80 people in a tiny room. Not impressed as we would have booked a condo room to host our team party, and not feel like we are intruding on another teams nights. The least the hotel could have done is told us another team would be in the room with us.

Worst judgmental crew u dont want to get to know
Bathroom floor had hairs all over it, ppl were rooting through our y.. belongins while we were gone out fot an hour, taxi we took stole money from us 3 times, it was a very bad stay, got judged. Thank god we didn't get to stay askmg as long as we were supposed to because we weren't treated right at all, didnt bother anyone, didnt complain about anyone, but we were lied about, made to leave early because of a painting falling off a wall in another room. The day beforehand i fell in a parking lot and cut my face, asked the front desk for a first aid kit, accused of having friends hanging around, i didn't have any friends there. Worst place to stay in summerside. Never again will i grt someone tonoffer me a free a stay to choose that place was the biggest mistake of my life

Easy to tell that the property contents are run down and owner has a for sale sign. So, no investment in the near future to replace all the furniture that have outlived their usefulness. The staff were awesome and friendly.

Unprofessional, incompetent front desk staff. This was the worst experience I have had. The hotel released my room reservations, offered no assistance, no apology. The hotel charged over 7 room charges to my credit card and 8 days later I am still waiting for them to be refunded. There has been no response from the GM. The Food & Beverage manager was professional and offered some assistance. I would not recommend this establishment.
