One little comment: unfortunately the communication door between the 2 booked rooms was locked. Unfortunately after several attempts by one of the employees the door could still not be unlocked.

the 1st room we checked into the drainage was smelling terrible. I could not stay in the room 511 (suite) ... the staff were great in sorting it out but even 311 did smell bad also after using the shower. the cleaning was bit rough (attention to details missing dusty bits of floor and bathroom ...floors general not super clean (sorry just been honest).

Restaurant is full.
Picked the hotel for location as attending an exhibition at the Messe, and flew into Stuttgart Airport. Cannot fault the location. However, it is very noisy throughout the night, and the rooms are just not sound proof enough. When we tried to go to the restaurant, we were told that it was fully booked and shoulders shrugged. No advice on where to try. Tried to use the gym and the only treadmill was out of order. Apart from that....
