Very well maintained, high spec. On par with major five star hotels across the globe, wouldn’t need much to increase star rating to five star. Great value too.

We didn’t get the early check-in or a room upgrade that should have been offered (but I understand these are only if available). However, free parking was included. Shame that breakfast that used to be included in the room rate is now charged at €20 per person. Hotel and rooms are always impeccable.

Convenient and good value.
We stayed here for a couple of weeks 4 years ago and then for a week this year. As we were in the process of moving to and from Germany, I really appreciated the space and abundant flat surfaces for organizing our stuff. I thought we would have a king bed but it was just two small beds pushed together. I had a vague memory that we could request a bed topper to go over both beds, so after our first night I asked. Oddly, they are only available in certain rooms and can't be moved, but we were able to change rooms in the afternoon. It was an improvement but the beds are still too firm-probably the only disappointing thing about this hotel.

High quality business and family hotel close to public transportation. Service on a few rare occasions could be improved (front desk unreachable by phone, breakfast service severely lacked professional attitude on one morning during my stay), but staff are genuinely trying to make "things right" and show compassion, empathy and concern for customer concerns. Also, all front desk and restaurant staff speak really good English. Rooms are very bright and well equipped -with great, comfortable beds, chairs and a nice bathroom (walk in shower). Brightly colored furnishings and some sweet customer gifts for the holidays were a highlight, too. This is definitely the best hotel in Echterdingen and well worth staying at. Also, they have a great breakfast buffet food &drinks spread as well as an onsite Bavarian style micro brewery on site. Very nice stay overall, and I will definitely be back.

I’m a regular visitor to this hotel and it is always impeccable. Good location close to the airport but not noisy. Great rooms, nice spa and fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended

Good location. Pleasant personnel. Beautiiful room with plentiful plug-ins for devices. Only complaint is no way to make coffee or tea in the room and as I am an early riser, usually awake by 4:00 or 5:00 at the latest, somewhat frustrating.

Breakfast was fantastic! Staff was fantastic, even though we barley speak any German, they were very considerate. The attached braushaus restaurant was also wonderful. Would stay again, 10/10.

Location is excellent if you need bus or U bahn into city or the airport. We had a car and it had superb parking garage with in out privileges. Staff were very friendly and breakfast buffet was plentiful. Disappointment was no housekeeping service unless you request it. We had a two night stay, so after being out all day, returned to the room to find no fresh towels, toiletries and the bed not made. I can understand being eco friendly so did not require fresh bed linen, but make the bed is tidiness and sweep the floor is cleanliness. Then you find damp towels (no towel heaters if you want to dry them from another days use). Its a lovely hotel but when on holiday and post covid you expect basic housekeeping in your hotel room when staying more than one night.

The restaurant and service was very good. Room comfort with blankets and pillows could have been improved. This time we stayed on a weekend and it was a bit noisy due to wedding parties.

This was our second visit. As before we were amazed by the cleanliness, the spacious room and the comfortable beds. Also the free minibar, cheap breakfast and free parking comes with VIP.

The staff at this hotel were excellent! From Andrea at the front desk who was very helpful, Sabrina the head chef who helped me prepare some store bought food, to Michaela at the breakfast buffet, all went above and beyond to assure that I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated and you are just one train stop to the airport on the S2 line which is directly across from the hotel. Very convenient!
