The hotel was fairly priced and the air conditioning worked great. They provided bottled water when the city water wasn't potable. Jan at the desk was extremely helpful, especially when we couldn't find the parking. Late check in at the kiosk was slick. The room was a little small. It was challenging to navigate around the small desk. We needed to ask 3 times to get the sink soap dispenser refilled. For suggestions, have a couple pillows on the beds as they were thin, and have thicker towels.

Great location next to train, clean, helpful,
Cleanliness was great, front desk was very helpful. Our confirmation code did not work to check us in during afternoon hours, but when the front desk was open at 5pm we were able to check in to our room. Our only wish was for a small fridge because we stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping was very good.

レセプションの担当者はとても親切。 駅の真後ろで中規模のショッピングセンターも近くロケーションも良かった。 前もって伝えておけばチェックアウトは12:00まで延長可能と融通を利かせてくれるのもありがたい。 残念ながらとにかくシャワーの水量がなさすぎてシャンプーやボディウォッシュが綺麗に流れるまで延々とかかって風邪をひきそうになった。 あとは朝食で食べられる野菜はきゅうりの輪切りとミニトマトだけ。ドイツの人は朝食に野菜を摂らないと聞いてはいたけどもう少し充実して欲しい。

Das Geld nicht wert
Die Lage ist gut und Parkplätze gibt es auch viele. Das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, das hatten wir nicht mit gebucht. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel für das Alter stark verschlissen, der Teppich im Zimmer und im Flur ist extrem fleckig, der Lack an den Gardinenstange blättert ab, der Bezug der Sitzhocker ist extrem rissig. Alles wirk ungepflegt, Check-in geht nur über einen Automaten, grundsätzlich cool als Kundenservice und Zusatz zur Rezeption, wirkt hier aber einfach als der schnellste Weg mehr Gewinn aus dem Hotel zu holen. Grundsätzlich sauber aber alles, inklusive des Bettes sehr ungepflegt.

Excellent for the price
This is a great low budget option, with free parking on premise and very kind personnel. Breakfast is very German, with cheese, bread, fruit, cereal and some other stuff I can't pronounce... It has the basics you need to spend the night: Elevator, confortable small beds with small night tables, a shower, and a really small TV, which we never used, so it was fine for us. There are at least 2 good restaurants near by for dinner.

Na ja, bin bessere B&B Hotels gewohnt
Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und Frühstück passte auch so. Leider war nur noch das 3-Bett Raucherzimmer frei. Die Betten sind leider eine Katastrophe! Die schlechtesten die ich bis jetzt bei B&B bekommen habe! Diese gehören ausgetauscht.

Daten von 3 Personen am Automaten beim check-in einzugeben kann man sich sparen. Diese hätte man bei der Reservierung sammeln können. Die Schränke im Zimmer waren so schmutzig, dass ohne eigenes putzen nicht zu benutzen waren. Besonders in der Pandemie, kann man nicht akzeptieren. Das Bett ist so abgenutzt, dass man fast in einem Loch schläft.

Der check in ist für ältere Menschen schwer. Das mam Automaten kann nicht jeder. Das Zimmer war Sauber nur ging der Fernseher nicht... Die Fenster hätten es auch dringend mal nötig zum sauber machen. Das Frühstück war erst nicht aufgefüllt. Keine Wurst und Kein Käse Die Kaffee Maschine ging nicht. Mitarbeiterin war sehr besorgt und gab allen Kaffee vom Automaten vorne..

Überraschend gute Preis-Leistung
Smart durchdachtes Konzept mit wenig Angestellten, aber alles war vorhanden. Internet Connection war überraschend gut! Am späten Nachmittag standen viele Gäste an der Rezeption zum Einchecken, dort ging es offenbar langsam.
