A great place to stay! It’s clean and staff is friendly. However, I found it inconvenient that there was no conditioner and soap in the shower/bathroom area. When we asked the front desk if they had these things they said no. I think that should be a basic amenity on every hotel. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Catherine, we are glad that you loved your stay with us! Soap is definitely put in each room, I apologize if it was missed. We've found that most that use it bring their own conditioner and 90+% was going to waste so have discontinued conditioner. We normally sell small bottles in the store but it looks we're out. I apologize and will definitely reorder.

Very nice, bedroom was nice and dark, but the room smelled funky and there isn’t any continental breakfast or even complimentary coffee.

We had a great time. The hotel’s location is very accommodating. Staff very nice and informative. I didn’t rate it higher because they were under some construction/ updating. But it worked out okay. We would stay again.

Payment policy is that we require a valid credit card before check-in. Your payment declined and you refused to provide a valid card. Sorry, we don't allow guests to stay for free.

We’ve stayed here several times and we’ve never had a bad room! Staff is very kind and all are always smiling! Easy check in/out. Lots to do in town and most within walking distance. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

This was our first stay. We came when Pumpkin Fest was in Egg Harbour. Although we weren't there for that. We visited the wineries in the area. The hotel was booked and it was very quiet. I was suprised at how quiet it was with the people there. The hotel was clean, quiet and situated in a very nice area. We were able to see into the bay and also the lift bridge. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a little more money than some of the other hotels in the area but is well worth it. We'll be staying here again in the future.

Paul, it looks like you booked one of our efficiency units. The carpet was replaced 2 years ago. Yes, our efficiency units do not have a full kitchen so we do stock them with just a few items including plates, utensils, toaster, coffee maker. Most of our units are condos with full kitchens and it sounds like you would have been happier in one of those.

Try a different room next time.
The room was dated and the carpet was old and didn’t seem all that clean. There was a musty smell in the hallway and room. The window air unit in the wall was very loud but luckily the second night we were able to open a window and turn off the air unit. I asked about a different room with a better view and balcony but it was a lot more expensive. They had the rooms because hardly anyone was there. Might try again with a different room and view if the price is right. Location was very good.

Joan, it looks like you booked one of our city-view efficiency units that do not have balconies. The carpet was replaced 2 years ago and is frequently cleaned throughout the busy season. Most of our units are premier suites, and it sounds like you would have been happier with one of the premier units. Glad that you enjoyed our premier location.
