The friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. The pub is terrific and the restaurant's breakfast was tasty with fresh ingredients. Check in and out was easy.

Room okay. Nothing fancy but the price reflects that. Clean, a little road noise but all okay apart from that!

Uncomfortable bed. Bed linen Didn’t feel clean. Bath towels extremely ol and hard and the size of a hand towel.
Stayed here based on others comments that weren’t the reality.
Value fir money wasn’t there as we gad stayed in other places fir same price that now seem luxurious
Nice hotel where the staff were very accommodating as we needed to check in a little bit later. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Literally only used it to shower and sleep in so got everything we wanted
Very nice atmosphere, the classic English pub downstairs modern rooms upstairs. Built in the 1750s lots of charm. And most importantly a big parking lot thats free!!!
Checked us in early which was appreciated as jet lagged after coming from New Zealand. Couldn't fault anything and beds were super comfortable. Room fronting onto main road extremely quiet with double glazing. Would highly recommend to anyone. Loads of parking.
I wasn't expecting too much from a pub next to a petrol station on a dual carriageway road ... but The Leaking Well was a very pleasant surprise! Good room, excellent food and staff who were both friendly and very efficient. It's a shame we were only passing through - I would have liked to have stayed longer! 10/10 and a big thank you to the staff.
Brilliant hotel and close to where I needed to be.
Fantasic hotel with easy access to the main road.
Everything was lovely and the food was delicious.
I will be staying there again for couple of nights within the coming month.
Service great. Could have done with another member of staff helping at breakfast. Only had 1 lady doing it - she was great but it was very busy. Room fabulous - comfy bed, quiet location, clean bathroom.
Arrived late afternoon and had a quiet drink in the bar before booking in. Staff, all women, were very friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was clean and thankfully plenty of hangers. Very good choice of food on evening menu and excellent value for money

Cozy
The overall hotel was quiete and a pleasant place to stay. Good food clean rooms however showers lacked water pressure and when leaving intbe morning as on a very busy through road had to wait a while to exit
Very friendly people……Good size room and shower room, clean and presentable, very comfortable bed, everything you need plus FREE WI-FI that works. Nice pub, good restaurant, excellent food. Recommended…
Staff are very friendly, there are a small number of rooms which are fine - nothing special but very good value for money. I don't think there is anywhere in walking distance that would be good to go to, but the food is good normal pub food and the beer is good as well! Its not the sort of place to go to for a special weekend but its great if you're working away or travelling.
its a good vaue for money pub, food is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms are good for the money - walls can be a little thin depending on what room you get. Its convenient for Worcester but there isn't anything to do within walking distance
Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient
Food was really tasty and the portions generou

Friendly and welcoming
Big hotels sometimes are too impersonal. Small hotel, 3 miles from Kidderminster, nothing around but I didn't half like it and the food was amazing. I'm staying again when in the area.
Great Family Pub with Rooms - Ideal WM Safari Park
Very quiet pub about 20 mins from West Midland Safari Park. Very welcoming and friendly to yound children. Great breakfasts. Very clean. Family room is ideal as it had a main room with a double bed in it then a door leading out into a small room with bunk beds for the kids. Meant you could shut the door when the kids are tucked up in bed and settle back to watch TV without waking them up. It is on a very busy main road but you can't hear the traffic. Only improvement I would make is to the evening meals which were OK only - there are other places along the main road but you can't really walk anywhere from this location you need the car! I would stay again!
