Pool was not available which should have been noted on website! Water looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Green sediment on bottom.Room was dark, couple lamps helped, but entering the room it was hard to see!

Pool under repair
The big issue was the swimming pool was under maintenance repairs. Seeing the pool listed as an ammendity was the highlight so our kids good swim.

Friendly staff- clean halls & fresh smelling rooms. The breakfast food had flavor and there were plenty of choices.

Bedding was dirty….shower curtain was moldy…lamp didn’t work….Icebox didn’t work….water smelled of chlorine pool water…sink didn’t drain….carpet was so dirty… walls had stuff all over them…rooms that weren’t cleaned were left with the doors wide open…some rooms didn’t even get cleaned The entire time we were there. Employees smelled of weed… pool was under construction but it just looked like it needed a good clean.…no sign or indication that the pool was closed until went to access it and had to ask why the doors were locked. Breakfast was free was less than desirable.

I was impressed by the conditions of the hotel for the price, it was excellent! Nice bedding, clean rooms and movie channels on the tv. Next time I go through ill definitely stay again!

Pool Review
the hotel was fine but the main reason for our stay was to have our granddaughter visit and go swimming with us. But the pool was closed, it looks in very tough shape and the water was green! My granddaughter asked if there was a monster in it! Another guest told us that the pool has been closed as least since last falll!! That was so disappointing! That pool was awful!

Less than Grande
There is not enough outlets by the bed for people who charge phones, use cpap devices and other tech devices. Pool still not cleaned in over a month and is non-operational. Breakfast food not hot and they ran out of milk. How do you do that?

We planned a stay with multiple family members traveling to celebrate childrens' birthdays with a pool party. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for repairs but the staff did all they could to accommodate our wishes and made the breakfast area available to us for a private party. The staff truly welcomes you on arrival and undoubtedly does their best to accommodate you and meet your needs.

After paying Orbitz, the motel charged me again for the same stay. Four phone calls and three months later they have not refunded my money and now tell me they refunded Orbitz two months ago without informing me. Orbitz shows no record of a refund. I would recommend that no one stay here due to the billing process and extremely poor customer service.
