Hi Richard, Thanks for taking time to write us a review. We haven’t updated any information regarding the shared swimming pool and hot tub since you booked, and it’s always been clear that the facilities are indeed shared (although only ever used by one of our 2 cottages at any one time) when the information is read carefully. Likewise, we make very clear in all our advertising that we are accessed via a rough farm track; most normal cars manage this ok as long as it’s taken slowly and carefully. As the track doesn’t belong to us, we are limited in what we can do regarding upkeep. The upside of being at the end of the track is the unusually high degree of privacy, peace and quiet, as well as the stunning views, and we’re glad you appreciated the beautiful location and your accommodation.

Hi Nathan, Thanks for taking the time to write a review, and we're glad you enjoyed the cottage and the location. Apologies that the pool and hot tub timetabling didn't suit you; we have the allocated time slots to ensure each cottage has guaranteed privacy every day, as well as having the flexible open times in the afternoons. If you had mentioned this during your stay, we woild have done our best to accommodate different times for you - it's always difficult when somthing like this is pointed out as a complaint after the event, as we always do our best to solve any problems as soon as we're alerted to them. We're not quite sure what you mean by a loud bed, though we will check and see if any screws need tightening, and the mattress was replaced just over a year ago. Thanks, Rosie and Dave
