Expedia states: “Pets allowed for an extra charge.” I arrived at the hotel and the front desk told me “No pets allowed.” We came from out of town with our dogs. I had to find a place for the dogs to stay, separated from me. Baymont should have honored statements that represented themselves on Expedia, and then resolve the issue w/expedia. Instead, Cameron wouldn’t give any kind of compensation for Wyndham’s laziness in policing their 3rd party contracts. Also, I returned to the hotel late are night and didn’t notice until the next morning that there were dead knats on the bathroom floor, and a dirty towel from previous guests left hanging in the restroom. Gross!!!
