"Gave 4 stars because of the following: bath was not clean, had to have someone clean it before I could use it, and someone came right away!. The bath faucet was leaking, so in need of some minor repairs. There is an outdoor patio, however, this area is not accessible by wheelchair. My room access card had to be reloaded multiple times until someone finaly informed us NOT to put it close to the celphones! On the positive notes, staff was friendly and very courteous, the suite was nice and big, breakfast was excellent, unlimited access to coffee and juice beverages was greatly appreciated."
