Needs new carpet. No coffee in room as advertised hair dryer didnt work no towels tv didnt work. No one at desk as advertised. Poor dress code. Would never recommend .

Horribly saggy bed. No housekeeping. Dirty carpet. Broken ice machine. Flickering fluorescent light over sink. No shampoo. No coffee. Key didn’t work and had to be redone. Staff not around when needed. Our last visit last year was so much better. What happened?

Continental breakfast was a joke. Coffee was left in the coffe marker from previous guest. Holly sheets. Ice marker didnt work. Bed was shot could feel the springs poking you all night. No one behind frint desk had to always call and wait for help when needing anything. Charged 145 dollars a night. I had better sevce and comfort in hotels that i only paid 75 dollars a night in. Very disappointing and a waste of my money.

Great price and clean rooms!
Check in was fine. She charged a 4.99 hotel fee which I have never had before above and beyond my final rate. The room was very clean but the bed was super hard. I would definitely stay here again.

These beds are the worst I have ever been in, u can feel the springs in your back, Worst ever night sleep in my life, I go to other countries and their beds are better than these 1950's 2 inch mattress... What a disappointment 😔

Cheap prices not worth it
From the start I want impressed with this hotel. Stood in line with two other customers for over 20 minutes waiting to check in. Could here the lady watching TV on the office. Asked for a first floor room because I'm disabled and was told first floor was full! With 3 other vehicles in the parking lot. No elevator! Free Wi-Fi, had a booklet in the room with Wi-Fi instructions... Call a company fire connection. Informed they don't service this hotel. Looked for the phone in room to call the front office. No phone even tho booklet had detailed instructions. All lamps unplugged in room. Not clean, stains on bedding, broken bed. Water damage on ceiling.

Room was nice only tv & air was working we had to ask if it was ok to plug in the microwave, refrigarater & coffee maker, my wife looked to see how to make coffee & following instructions , to lift the lid only to find mold inside where the water was to be put in, she took it to the front dest & the lady told her they didn't have extras & the morning coffee goes to perk by 5:30 am, went to get ice & it was down or broken, the curtains were to short for the width of the window, curtains had several small holes in them morning checkout was a wait!

As soon as you guys check in, keep complain about no reason we out of the coffee pack so I tell you do we give you in the morning outside we have a coffee maker, big one and ice machine was not working we are fixing I give you a room next to my apartment. That room is nice and clean. Nothing wrong with the curtain. We check everything after you left you guys just complain. Thank you for staying with us.

Check-in was weird, she had to call someone to check us in and gave us a handwritten sheet to fill out, as if we hadn't made reservations. The beds only had top sheets, no comforters and no extra blankets available in the rooms. Even with the Don't Disturb sign, they still came in and replaced towels that we were planning on refusing. No one was ever at the front desk and no one answered the phone when we tried calling. Our keycards were disabled on our 2nd night which was inconvenient at 1am after a music festival. But the rooms and lobby were nicely cleaned

Garbage!!
Hot water heater broke. No hot water. Desk attendant left for 45 mins leaving us with a door that wouldnt close or lock. Dirty pillowcases. Wrong size fitted sheet for the bed. Room phone and clock did not work. We left after an hour. Told hotels.com we were leaving and not to bill me. They billed me anyway. Staff was dressed like slobs.

Front desk clerk needs training, seemed like a fish out of water and unaware of reservation. Hotel had no hot water but they did inform us and gave us the chance to cancel with no penalty. Room was spacious and clean for the most part. Hotel has new ownership in past year and upgrades are being made so will give another chance for sure.

Room was very clean and very roomy. Once I figured out the air conditioner it worked fine. Bathroom also ok. The breakfast area was clean but very little to offer, which didn't really surprise me. Check in went ok, but it seemed like the person behind the desk was a fill-in because she seemed a little confused. But she was very pleasant.

My grandson and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was also very quiet and close to main street of Stanley. We will be back.

No workng hair dryer - the shampoo and conditioner that was in room was already used and opened. Not the best breakfast and seems dirty so didnt feel comfortable eating the food. There was a cat in a window of a room so they have animals on site.

We had one problem after another: first my key didn’t work, then the room’s air conditioner was broke and we had to pack up our room to move, then the smoke alarm battery was chirping and they never came to fix it after I called (chirped the whole night!), the bed was very uncomfortable and then the next morning I ran downstairs because there was no shampoo and, surprise, they had no shampoo. Adding insult to injury, she charged me $5.00 when I checked in even though I paid Hotels.com already!!😡

If your looking for a cheap place to lay your head down. This is a good place for that. The inside was nice. The outside needs work. One thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9. We got out there at 645 and all they had was oatmeal packets. No bowls and the coffee was ice cold and taste like yesterday’s coffee. It probably was. I realize help is hard to find, and I think they only had two people working. But on the bright side McDonald’s is right across the street. So I went there instead
