Surly and disrespectful staff, low quality furniture, towels, bedding, etc., dirty rugs in hallway, no housekeeping during stay. Tried to move to another hotel but no vacancies. Advertisement was totally inaccurate

The property was old, rundown and smelly. The elevator was out of service and the sign stating this did not appear to be new. The bed was very uncomfortable. Free breakfast was advertised, but was not there. The shower water pressure was meh. There was a huge gap under the door which let a lot of light in from the hallway, which, when combined with the uncomfortable bed and lackluster linens, made it hard to sleep.

On expedia it shows a free breakfast. My idea of a free breakfast was something like what Holiday Inn Express provides. What we they gave out was a bag of instant breakfast food like oatmeal packs or muffins or a microwavable jimmy dean sausage sandwich the size of a tennis ball. Ended up going out instead to get a decent breakfast. Also, there were no extra pillows ever available or housekeeping to turn over our room.

I have never stayed at an extended stay before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Suburban Suites was clean and convenient and the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast in a bag was a little different but understood since most people cook in their suites. The two negative aspects of my stay was the broken elevator and the loose shower head. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and I would do so again. .

The room was average, the carpet seemed old, the bed was nice and it was very quiet I. The evening, however my only complaint was the lady who checked me in was very rude and not friendly at all, the answers to mynl questions were very short sided and rude never once did i get a nice reply...I would give this property a better review but the front desk ruined it for me.rude behavior doesn't work when you are a front desk clerk...

Hotel seem cleaned at first. Got to our room and opened one cabinet and there was a cockroach. Went to front desk and told them. Asked for a different room on a different floor. They did switch us rooms and floor. But all i could think about was that one cockroach and it ruined my stay.

Bed extremely firm very uncomfortable. The whole hotel needs updating with scratch marks on all the walls finger prints on ceiling , rusty mirror, hole in wall. Checked out did not even stay overnight

Room was clean everything was fine only small issue wish the heating was a little bit more warmer it goes go to 78 the highest just felt like the air flow was cooler then the temp showing on the wall . But it was a great stay will come again.

The room was cleaned but there was a lingering "cigarette smoke" smell. Could not tell if it was the room itself or the smell comes from the vent system in the bathroom. Also there was a room smell that seemed sort of musty. I suspect the carpet has seen a lot of use and just needs replacing.

Pet fee WRONG
False advertising on pet fee. Would’ve stay somewhere else had I known it was $75 when I paid $95 for the room. Completely ruined the stay, we won’t be back.
Room ok. Dog hair on bed upon entry. My dog doesn’t even shed bc I’m allergic to pet hair.

Staff service was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. No pool or hot tub though. No breakfast served either but the rooms have a full size refrigerator, microwave, cook top and dishwasher. Comes with dishes and pots and pans for cooking.
