The carpet in our room was so stained that we didn’t want to take our shoes off. I couldn’t find a hairdryer so I searched in all the drawers. There was a horrible sticky mess in one of the drawers that just left us feeling grossed out. The hotel found us a hairdryer which was cracked and barely stayed switched on. We hung clothes in the closet, which made them smell. Everything had to be laundered when we got home whether we’d worn it or not. Staff told us they were fully-booked, so we couldn’t change rooms. Our overall feeling was that it was dirty and icky. Would not recommend!

Dogs are $75!!!!! They say it’s pet friendly but most hotels a dog is 25 but this place is $75!!! The room was $105 and the dog was $75!!!! For $75 I could have put the dog in a nice overnight doggie hotel. And this place does NOT HAVE BREAKFAST! The don’t have the eggs and waffle machine and a place to sit. You get a doggy bag with a waffle or pancake that you have to cook yourself. It’s like elementary school food back in the 80’s. The shower floor was nasty, the toilet was constantly running, there is no fan in the bathroom, the carpet floor was moist from the air conditioner leaking, the wallpaper was leaking, the walls are scuffed. The cut corners in every way. We won’t stay here again.

Not as nice as i thought it was going to be based off expedia rating. Was told they are about to do a remodel and i got the impression they were letting a lot of cosmetic things slide. Place is not great and definitely needs a remodel.

When checking in I was first assigned room 402. The air quality and temperature downstairs in the lobby was decent, the temperature was nice and cool. Once exiting the elevator on the 4th floor, I noticed the hallway was extremely hot as if the air conditioner was turned off it also had a foul odor. It was extremely humid causing me stop and catch my breath. I went into my assigned room and noticed the same air quality, room 402 was extremely hot and smelt like smoke. I attempted to change the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it was set on 78 degrees and wouldn’t go up or down. I was unsuccessful at changing the thermostat and returned to the front desk to request a different room. I was able to change to room 313. Same issue occurred, I exited the elevator on the third floor and the hallway was extremely hot and smelt of smoke as if someone was smoking or something caught fire recently. I entered 313 and the air temperature was a lot better and I was able to change the temperature on the thermostat. The room had a mild smell to it as if it had mold. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all and needs to be upgraded. The bathtub has 2 holes on the floor (see pictures) The shower head was filthy as if it wasn’t cleaned in months as well as the overall shower area. See attached pictures.

This was probably the safest hotel on my trip. It’s extended stay as well. Not located close to restaurants but that is what makes it safe. Could have had more utensils and such in the kitchen though. Didn’t have anything really.

Front desk person was on personal call upon arrival. She kept on talking in front of me. Same person checked me out and would not give me any documentation of stay. Not very personable.

As soon as I walked in my room, there was this stench, a smell like a old, smelly motel room! I should have purchase some Lysol spray for the room and for the smell. I was told when I checked in that there will be breakfast in the morning. When I was checking out, all I saw was a microwave and a few coffee thermals which were empty. I did not see any breakfast food at all! Also, when I was checking in, I was told that I would have to take my own trash when I check out in the morning!!! I have never had to take out my trash at any other hotel that I have stayed at before, NEVER!!! You can hear people down the hallway from your room which is very noisy.This is a hotel establishment that I will not stay at again.
