The hotel is very far from the center , room are very old furniture need fully renovation .my room view was to the trash area .... Reception never take calls from first time u have call many times I reach them after 5 calls

The food and drink was very expensive compared to else where, but the accommodation and staff were fantastic!

Room itself was pretty spacious but the noise from elevator (technical or regular?) was really annoying during the stay in room 220.Window view was mostly obstructed. No other issues. just avoid this room.

great stay- would recommend
the twin room requested was really a double with 2 separate quilts and the mattress was not so comfy....other than that though the stay and hotel were amazing! location wise a bit far from hermitage to walk in the cold etc but again such a bargain price for such a wonderful plush hotel with great 24 hour room service!

Good spa-oriented stay but very poor breakfast
We stayed there for my birthday and spent almost all our waking hours in the spa. The location is great as everything is about 10-15 minutes by car from the hotel. The service was prompt and professional. The only disappointment was the breakfast. For a 5-star hotel it was below my expectations. The overall choice of food was lacklustre and the omelette station was just poor.

Hotel is large and well-maintained. Location is a bit far from public transport, but it is overwhelmed by the SPA and tranqulity... Had to queu for check-in, was never offered an upgrade neither told it was not possible even the property did non seem to be full. Standard room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. All the employes that I met were friendly and willing to help. Will definetely recommend for a leasure break.

I really like this hotel & spa. I'd stay there again... the only negative thing was the construction on my floor which wasn't mentioned to me, so it was very noisy at times. Other than that, everything was excellent !

Amazing. Absolutely worth the price. A bit of a walk to the metro, or to the downtown areas, but due to the nature of the trip we welcomed the stroll. The little details made the room very welcoming (heated bathroom floor, robes and slippers in the room, coffee, water, tea, real teaspoons provided and refreshed daily.) Lobby bar/restaurant was open 24 hours and a fine/reasonably priced option to have a jetlagged first meal in the middle of the night. The (included) spa was also lovely, several different sauna and steam rooms, large pool, many hot tubs. Weekend got fairly crowded, with an excess of drunk/inconsiderate spa goers, but that seems a minor inconvenience compared to how great the whole stay was.

Our hotel is located in historical heart of the city on Vasilievskiy island in walking distance from all sightseeng places but away from croudy Nevskiy avenue. Area around the hotel has such a beautiful architecture of northern capital of Russia. Travel time to one of the nearest subway stations is about 10-15 minutes walk. I'm glad you hightlighted our rooms. Even our standart rooms are spacious - 28m2 with all nessesary equipment such as iron, hairdryer or robs in it. Great that you enjoyed the meal in our Bridges Bar! Thank you for marking our gorgeous SPA-zone with 8 types of saunas, swiming pool and jaccuzies. As magical as St Petersburg!
Fabulous hotel centrally located. Hermitage is a 10-15 min walk and all the other nearby sites. Spa in hotel is especially noteworthy - gorgeous pool with multiple fountains, jacuzzis, saunas (and a gym). Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and my favourite was the towel warmer and heated floors!

Nice good location spa excellent and excellent staff, loved it with my kids very happy and Nevsky quite close. Thank you so much. Had a little confusing issue with the reception at the end but it’s due to minor not well explained issue. But in overall. All is well. Will definitely visit again.

The room was always cold. When I ask they said the temperature was pre-set and could not be changed. During our three day stay one of the light fixtures fell out of the ceiling.

The perfect hotel in St. Petersburg!
I found your wonderful hotel on the web, and it made our trip to St. Petersburg a delight. The location is excellent for walking to the main sights, and the service was excellent. The spa was an incredible experience ... and I would recommend it for anyone visiting the city. It was quiet, professional, and the food was also just right. The front desk arranged for a taxi to the train station ... and we were transported by a professional driver in a new black BMW. The perfect end to the stay!

the hotel reminded me to hotels 20 years back, where their mantra is to make the client feel special and go over the moon to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. I have never ever seen a better concierge service than here, but also room service was perfect, fast and personalised. They take the initiative so you feel unique. It really reminded me to my grandfather's hotels, where the client was absolutely the king. Would absolutely go back and I would recommended it 100%. just one thing it might be good to take into account is monitoring the amount of people that access the spa. Relaxation is one of the things that the client looks after here and it was normally too full, to many people, not a place to leave your towel and too noisy.

The Palace Bridge hotel is one of the best I have seen. The spa and gym is perfect, food @ the restaurent is excellent and the lounge and bar area is great to relax and have a drink with friends. I loved it and will certainly go back again !
