Rather poor
This hotel is very expensive considering its poor state. It has no clear signs to find it. Even the taxi man couldn't find this hotel. I couldn't pay with credit cards but in local currency. Moreover, I was asked by the receptionist to pay a fee as regards a tax. Only in St. Petersburg happened this. There was free tea and coffee but otherwise I had to pay extra for breakfast.

Misummer weekend in St Pete
Stayed for two nights. Great value for a budget: Bed was comfortable, room was clean & quiet, shared bathroom was clean & shower had plenty of warm water. Breakfast was mediocre, but very cheap at 200 roubles. Staff were friendly and helpful, no problem with any language barriers. We had a great time!

Nice hotel at great price
Nice little hotel, small rooms but clean, comfortable and quiet. I arrived from Helsinki (Finliandskii train station) around 11:30pm and once oriented had no difficulty walking to or finding hotel (25-30 min) though as others have noted, the entrance is on the Baskov side. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Simple breakfast but plenty of cafes as you walk to the metro. Very nice service, no complaints about my stay.

Great location & price
Perfect place to do a lot of sight seeing. They serve a very descent, free breakfast, speak English, keep everything clean and have their act together.

We stayed in a "premium" room with a bathroom and it was a beautiful and spacious room. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't really good (e.g. coffee was instant), so we ate out. However, the location is perfect.

Quiet location close to centre
Good location and for a Mini-Hotel very comfortable. We did however have the largest room with en suite facilities, some rooms had to share bathrooms. Limited range of breakfast foods but still adequate. Staff very good in all respects and willing to help with any problems which made up for any shortfalls of the hotel. Biggest problem was finding the place as the entrance is around the corner in a different street from the published address. Even taxi drivers struggled to find it.

Great little laid-back hotel for the price
Hotel Nouvelle is a serious bargain in a very expensive city. The rooms are spotless and beds are comfortable. The shared bathrooms are clean & not at all uncomfortable. Ample breakfast is included, and laundry is available by the extremely accommodating staff. Both the day & night staff did everything they could to make our stay in Petersburg an easy one. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but a short cab or long walk will get you back quickly. We would stay again!

Wonderful experience!!!
Charming small hotel that's located approximately 15 minutes from Nevsky Prospekt and the metro, as well as walking distance to most of the sights. Good breakfast and a clean room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They spoke Russian, English and French. They even brought me roses on international women's day!!!

Not very good location and surrounding neighbourhood - about 20 minutes to Nevsky Prospect and 24hours wine shop across the road. Once we could not get in because of the group of drunk youngsters near this shop. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Very poor breakfast, definitely, not 'full' one. We 've booked twin beds but got one double. And finally the bathroom locker in our suit was broken, so we were guarding each other.

전통적인 러시아 식 큰 빌딩의 일부를 이용해 몇 개 안되는 방을 가족적 분위기로 즐길 수 있는 호스텔이죠. 메트로에서 조금 걷기는 하나 위치 안내를 잘 받으면 괜찮아요. 대부분이 그렇듯 동구권 호스텔은 간판이 없어요. 오직 주소하나만 가지고 찾고, 사람이 있는 시간에만 들어가야 해요, 열쇠를 받기 전에는.

Прекрасное расположение, тихий отель, лифт работает (правда, он крошечный). В общей зоне есть микроволновка, питьевая вода, чайник, холодильник. Отель средненький, почти хостел, некоторые номера не имеют своего туалета и душа, хотя лично у меня был номер с санузлом. Отличное сочетание цены и качества. Если надо сэкономить, но быть в относительном комфорте, рекомендую этот отель.

Удачный выбор.
Отель расположен в историческом центре города. Рядом Летний сад, Инженерный замок, Цирк, Русский музей. Прекрасное здание. На удивление, есть лифт. Номер светлый, удобный. Прекрасная зона для завтрака, есть чай, кофе. Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал. Раньше останавливалась в отеле на Невском, но очень тяжело было подниматься несколько раз в день на 4 этаж без лифта( практически как шестой). И цена была значительно выше. Здесь прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Отель спокойный. Рекомендую тем, кто хочет насладиться городом и отдохнуть бюджетно.

В целом нормально, но если вам не повезет с соседями, с которыми будете делить душ, то весь пол в ванной будет мокрым( Также не оставляйте свои тапочки у выхода из отеля, у мужа их увели другие постояльцы и так и не вернули.

Общее впечатление неплохое, в душевой комнате видимо нет сифона поэтому чувствуется запах канализации пропустил водичку открыл окно стало около дела. Поэтому поставил за чистоту четверку, четвёрку за район поставил потому что проблема найти бесплатную парковку рядом с отелем. Ну а Кто на своих двоих то проблем нет Невский рядом )

Уважаемый, Игорь! Большое спасибо за Ваш отзыв) Действительно, в данный момент у нас не очень много гостей, поэтому время от времени пропускаем воду в санузле. Спасибо Вам за ремарку, будем строже следить за этим процессом. К сожалению, у нас нет собственной парковки. По моему опыту могу сказать, что места рядом с домом обычно бывают. Уютно, чисто, приветливый персонал. Удобное транспортное сообщение. К сожалению -- из-за невозможности организовать пространство, занимаемое этим небольшим симпатичным отелем внутри прекрасного особняка позапрошлого века, с полным комфортом -- один совмещенный санузел на 9 номеров! -- маленькая "ложечка дегтя" делает эту, в общем-то, вполне хорошую "бочку меда" -- несколько менее комфортной, чем хотелось бы ... Но соотношение "цена-качество" безусловно ЗА выбор этого отеля!

Guter Vorabservice mit günstiger Registrierung für 150 Rub. und perfekt organisiertem Airporttransfer. Die Zimmer waren einfach ,aber sauber eingerichtet, -das Bad war nicht im Zimmer aber ganz nah und sehr sauber. Es gab gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Frühstück ,welches wir nicht genutzt hatten.Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gegenüber gab es einen Minimarkt mit gutem Kaffee und Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken,- danke an reisegenie de für den tollen TIP.St.Petersburg ist wirklich eine der schönsten Städte der Welt !!

Отличный отель.
Уютный мини отель, номер убирали ежедневно. Единственное пожелание приобрести общий холодильник на кухню большего размера, так как в номере холодильника не было. А так, в отеле тишина, выдавали ключи, домашняя обстановка. Обязательно приедим еще.

Заселили без проблем. Место расположения отеля удачное. Но не все так прекрасно. В процессе проживания переселяли в другой номер, хотя при бронировании об этом не сообщали, а когда приехали оказалось, что 4 дня в нормальном номере и 2 в какой-то ужасной каморке и как сказали: ой, мы не знаем, почему вам не сообщили. wi-fi не работает и никаких попыток исправить не было. Телевизор работает тоже от случая к случаю. Администратора на рецепции найти - вообще задача не из легких. Он просто уходит и в отеле кроме постояльцев никого нет. Санузел убирался плохо.

Отдых с ребёнком.
В отеле мы лишь ночевали. Приветливые девушки-администраторы,отзывчивый хозяин. Ему особенное спасибо за изящно накрытый стол для завтрака-здесь ему равных не оказалось... Завтраки однообразные,но сытные. Чистое бельё, спокойная домашняя атмосфера. Идеален как бюджетный вариант.
