We loved our stay on Water Street! It was our first time visiting St Johns and we can’t wait to come back! We stayed in 110B and it was beautiful! Loved the space and we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend!!

Very well appointed suite! All the right touches and close to all the spots. The heritage homes loft has quite the slant- but we propped up the bed to level for sleeping. Definitely recommend -and Earl the host was super helpful with suggestions and quick to answer.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, grocery store was close. There was a trolley stop very close although we were unable to get on as they were full due to a cruise ship in port that day, may want to check the cruise schedule if you are interested in the hop on/ hop off tour. The property manager Earl was excellent, he provided many suggestions for activities and was very responsive.

One of the finest properties we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent facilities, immaculately clean and with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Wonderfully positioned, with loads of great shops, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Earl was the perfect host too. All in all, the apartment was a superb find.

Earl was such a great host considering we didn’t meet. We wanted for nothing and had all the info we needed at check in and by text throughout our stay. The unit was clean and the house lovely. We walked to everything! What a great location. Thanks again for making the first trip to St Johns, NFLD not our last. :)

Loved staying in room 4!! Very secure and safe neighborhood! The studio was extremely clean and comfortable! Would not hesitate to stay here again! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the sights in St John’s! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Earl was a great communicator. He provided us places to check out, suggestions for food, and attractions to see. Property itself is beautiful. Bright, sunny and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Having laundry was awesome. Would recommend for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable.place to stay in St. John's.

We enjoyed staying here very much! The place is very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The only complaints are a little pricey and the parking is difficult. But still if u want to stay closer to everything and don’t mind the “pricey and parking” I highly recommend this place…EARL is very accommodating!❤️

This is a perfect spot to stay to enjoy St John’s with most places including restaurants, bars and historic sites walkable. We were provided with all the details we needed for an easy self checkin as well as suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Earl was easy to communicate with and wanted to ensure we had a n enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this place for convenience and historic charm.

Lovely St. John’s
Great stay at this condo. Clean, Easy check-in/out, well appointed and a great location. Our host was great with communication and had lots of tips with places to eat and things to do. Would stay here again on my next visit.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have to eat out every time! The hosts were very nice and responded in a timely manner whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place to anyone who plans to stay in downtown St. Johns.

The condo is so cute and the bed is so comfortable, but more than anything it is clean. It also has everything you need for a stay. The manager was very helpful regarding places to eat/visit. We found the condo right was near restaurants, bars and unique stores. You do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo but we didn't find it difficult. We would stay here again!

Great apartment and would stay here again
Stayed at HarborGate for 2 nights at the end of August. The apartment was great and exceptionally well appointed with a very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is conveniently located to restaurants and bars as well. One one thing I didn't realize is there isn't an elevator and my apartment was on the 3rd floor so is something to note if you're travelling with someone with mobility issues.

We've listed, under the property details - accessibility -, that the apartments are on upper floors and there are stairs only - no lifts. We've also listed that there are no accessibility features. Since you had not seen this information, others may not as well. I've contacted Expedia and unfortunately at this time, this is the only format whereby they allow descriptions for accessibility. The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and bright rooms and very clean. Owner was great with communication. Getting luggage from parking lot to unit on third floor was challenging, lots of stairs to climb.
