Beautiful view and very clean quiet hotel. My only negative is if you stay during the winter there is very limited dining and things to do.

Work Travel and just an overnight. Property is just over the bridge and on Route 2. Had a trailer and easy parking. It’s winter so not much traffic and a lot of U.P. Things are closed so easy to get around. truck stop next door and open 24 hrs so easy to get gas. McDonald’s across the road but not much else. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast is typical and basic for Super 8 with cereal, muffins, yogurt, toast, Juice and coffee.

The staff was excellent! My room was perfect! I would love to have that room every time. Coffee was delicious and everything was fresh and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

Room comfortable (just there for overnight), but SUPER NOISY... i felt that the whiny kids and yelling mom were in my room... and that someone was moving furniture all night! Despite this, id try again and hope for quieter neighbors....

Great views and clean rooms but a little noisy.
Staff and location was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Downside was no microwave in the room, very noisy neighbors shower and could hear every foot step from room above us. The view of the Mackinac Bridge was excellent though!

Much better than I expected. Attentive staff, clean rooms and facilities, and a bridge view (in my room, anyway). It is very close to the bridge and to the ferries. The complementary breakfast was surprisingly decent, with yogurt, bagels, cereal, fruit, etc. My children noted that housecleaning neatly arranged their stuffed animals at their pillows. Clyde's drive-in is across the street, along with a pasty place. If there is one downside, it's that I could clearly hear the guests in the room next door. That said, I would gladly stay here again. Tip: Buy your ferry tickets at the counter here. It's a slightly better deal than going online and you don't have to mess with your phone to board the ferry.

The breakfast was a joke - with 3 hungry grandkids we had to go elsewhere for our breakfast ! The pool was over chlorinated and burned everybody’s eyes swimming or just sitting and watching.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and our room was excellent! Totally enjoyed the view of Mackinaw Bridge out our sliding door! This was a great experience and far exceeds many of the more expensive places we have stayed. We will stay here again if we return to the area! Thank you St Ignace Super 8!
