“Great vacation”

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Taxi ride from the airport is about 45 min. depending on arrival time. Very reasonable rates on transportation. The hotel itself is a great place to stay staffed with extremely polite and helpful people. The rooms are cleaned and stocked twice daily with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. There is a travel desk in the lobby that books great tours all over the place. For casual relaxation The Mix is a great place to kick back watch sports and listen to music. The staff there are friendly and make you feel at home. The restaraunt choices are fantastic with a wide selection of cusines. The Barbeque Terrace is a must stop for dinner with a great selection of perfectly cooked and presented items. The staff at all the restaraunts are extremely polite and professional. From check in to check out this was the best vacation we ever took. I would and have recomended this hotel to our friends.

“Great Hotel and staff”

Although the hotel is showing its age a little this is more than made up for by the quality and training of the staff. All the staff were extremely courteous and well trained. Online they were efficient and very helpful in arranging airport transfers etc. On arrival we were welcomed by the Duty Manager, a welcoming drink and a refreshing towel what more could you ask. The inhouse food was terrific and it was quite an experience just to have a cup of tea in the lobby. All in all a great experience and we have no hesitation in recommending the TAJ,

way overpriced, our room was down a hall with a falling about ceiling, and our mattress was so bad we had to change rooms which was only a slight improvement
