“wonderful experience”

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty with so many choices, it was hard to decide. I would definitely stay here again!

Just a great service experience, super clean rooms, GREAT breakfast, and free INET... always happy to stay here and food places are so close.

Great location right next to ballpark and 10 minute walk to downtown; free wireless connection; full breakfast bar served in large remodled great room; solid hotel experience; newer/fresher than larger/more expensive hotel down the street; no shuttle to airport

Stay in downtown Springfield for almost all attractions, nightlife, and universities' activities - it's completely safe (especially compared to Atlanta).

“Very worthwhile choice”

I received personal help, smiles from the staff, information and respect! Privacy signs on the door during my 4 night stay were honoered. It was quiet and comfortable. It was easy to have relatives pick me up and return me. I do wish I could have been given the Priority Club points, even if I did book through Expedia because the rate wasn't reduced that much.

“Just what you'd expect”

Typical high-quality HI Express. Friendly staff. Lower cost than other hotels. Nice rooms. Free internet. It's not the Ritz, but you zshould already know that going in.
