“Good hotel for the area”

I feel the Hotel good given the location. The complimentary breakfast was a bit small, but not unexpected considering the time of year. I would recommend staying here. Staff were courtious and friendly and rooms were fine

“Good hotel in nice location”

Good service, very friendly staff. Well located for access to local bike path and Whole Foods. Overall, good experience.

“Will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in the area.”

I have to say I have rarely been more satisfied than I was with this hotel. Super clean, super friendly, evrything top notch. Everyone at the front desk bent over backwards to help me, including a University of Mass student who tried for an hour to get my laptop to connect to the hotel's wireless network, and even at check-in when two earlier guests had not returned the two luggage carts to the entrance or even left them in the hallways, but kept them in their rooms instead. The hotel manager actually looked up the previous check-in's and went room knocking to get me a cart. Just top shelf and awesome with this hotel. 12 stars!!!!

“No worrries comfort”

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Even the bedding was above par. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Lots of places to get a good meal nearby. It was nice to have breakfast included. The singular down-side was someone above us with lead feet who stomped around in the wee hours of the morning. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would reccommend to anyone.

“Good value in a central location”

Great place to stay. We were visiting area colleges and this hotel is pretty much in the middle of all 5 colleges: Hampshire, Mount Holyoke, Amherst, Smith and UMass Amherst. Room was clean and comfortable and no-smoking as advertised. Breakfast was above average with bacon and eggs as well as cereal, toast and bagels. I would stay here again. The hotel is right off Route 9 so while you may notice some traffic noise, which is easily covered by the a/c, it is very easy to get anywhere.
