The area seems kinda of sketchy, maybe just because there were alot of service type businesses it seemed that way. Avoid Ally's restaurant!! A mile down the road from motel are many places to eat. Easy access off high-way and near the Airport, it was relatively quiet, well lit parking lot with plenty of cameras; Property itself in excellent shape and all the staff were friendly.

This is a great hotel. Clean and up to date with wooden floors in the room. Very close to the airport. They provide free shuttle to and from the airport and the breakfast was decent

I am handicap my room was on the 2nd floor they gave me a room on the 1st floor. The problem was every day we had to get new key cards, was not happy about that.

Would have been great stay except that they didn't have TV contract so we could watch football playoff games. We stopped in Springfield on our way home specifically to watch games. Should have just drove on home.

Hi Sharon, we are so sorry to hear about your disappointment with our TVs but I'm glad to see that the rest of your stay was nice. I'd also like to inform you that we will be upgrading to smart TVs by the end of 2024 so we do hope you give us another chance in the future.
With low occupancy, we were placed below some long term occupants who evidently enjoyed bowling in their room during sleeping hours.

We're very sorry you experienced this inconvenience during your stay with us. We do have a 24hr service desk that can handle noise complaints and even move guest rooms when needed. As we discussed over the phone we can't refund or adjust rates on 3rd party reservations but we do value your business and would like to offer you a free upgrade on your next stay.
clean and quiet place to stay, bed was very firm. Pillows were TERRIBLE! hard and lumpy

Had two problems. First the walls are paper thin and the guys next door came in at 3AM and we could hear every word they said. We had requested a quiet room.
2nd was the TV. The Alabama/Georgia game was on CBS network and we could not watch it on the terrible DirectTV package in the motel. This would have been a dealbreaker had we known in advance.
