Our room in Springerville's American Best Value Inn was very "unclean" and worn. There were burn holes in bedspreads and blankets on both beds, and the bed sheets were really thin although clean. Pillows were very worn and very lumpy. Coffee packets had been opened and missing different parts in each packet. Walls in bathroom were dirty, chunks of paint missing from peeling off, black mold in upper shower corners on ceiling, dirty on windows and sills, very dirty around bathroom door handle on the door, soap and lotion dispenser was disgustingly dirty, and air conditioner vents were extremely filthy with dust and dirt. Surprisingly, the small breakfast room seemed somewhat clean, but the breakfast was very, very limited. I will never stay in another American Best Value Inn because of this particular stay in this one.

We used the internet to find the property, the internet said this hotel was closed permanently! We drove to the hotel and took a look we found a number of men standing on the second floor, who looked like transients they were making strange gestures and cat calls, This frightened my wife and we found another hotel.

Good motel on western edge of Springerville
Nice clean room, pleasant proprietors, working Wi-Fi, and convenient location. There were a few guests on motorcycles, who were all respectful (didn't sit around revving their engines needlessly; simply arrived or left). I had a pleasant, restful stay and would stay there again.

Very dirty and not even sure if the towels and bed sheets were clean. The bed cover had stains on it. I had to clean the whole floor before we could take our shoes off. We would have left for other accommodation if it had been earlier.

Just don't. Staff is friendly and it's quiet, but that's about it. The floor needed sweeping and mopping, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the table was sticky. The window didnt latch and I had to block it with a hanger.

Breakfast was just a waffle and cereals... no butter :( the breakfast was too simple. Beds were comfy but made squeaky noise I like the staff, very friendly, fast service. Rooms have plenty of space. The AC was nice and cold.

This place should be torn down. The only thing good about this place is the rooms are super cheap. The beds are like cardboard boxes. The pillows and towels are paper thin. The old mantra is true: you get what you pay for.

Decent for the price
We just stayed here one night as a stopover. It was what we expected. Nothing luxurious but also not a dump. Comfortable room. The parking lot was quite crowded and we got the last spot within a short walk. There's no breakfast or pool or other amenities, but the room was a decent value for a casual stay.

For $30 a night, this would have been a great deal. For $110 a night, very disappointing. Room had leftover shampoo pouches from a previous user. The coffee pot was left dirty. The bathroom wall was torn up and no ledges in shower to put any items. If I was looking for a rundown place for cheap, this was it. There was a roof over my head and a lock on the door. But it really needed to be cleaner and in better shape overall.

I’ll start this off by saying I was in the army for 6 years and I have stayed some very nasty and disgusting places. This place tops all of them. Not to mention someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night. Don’t stay here.

Good Rooms and Helpful Staff
This is an older property for people who want a basic room to spend the night. The room was in good condition with a few small touchups needed. You will need to entertain yourself in the town or surrounding area, as the room is small...just enough space to walk around the beds. The breakfast was the very basic coffee/juice/waffles/breads, and the staff was responsive to the few questions and requests we made. Thankfully, the property, as well as our room, was very quiet.

They are working on upgrading it. We had the large jacuzzi room. Staff was very responsive, but many little things wrong. Some light bulbs missing, fireplace broken, heater in one of the rooms broken, nonplace jn the new shower to put your soap. No doors or curtains between eooms for pricacy and two tcs, but hooked to same channels. Strong smell of fragrence

Like the rooms removed carpet but needed swept/mopped. Like the shower replaced the bathtub, but bathroom windows need repaired. Overall it met our needs but not cost effective. We do appreciate the effort which showed but still a bit below the mark.
