Regarding your comment about the notices in the room, that are standard notices for holiday rentals and also to provide best experience for our Guests. The bathroom was inspected immediately after your stay and we have successfully fix the issue, thank you for letting us know. Regarding the barking dog comment, I do not know what happened because none of our first neighbours have a dog, and our location is one of the most peacefull and relaxing in the town Supetar. We are surprised to read about your experience with payment because we never had any bad feedback regarding the payment. We never double charged guest in our 30 year business. Our booking policies are clearly written and they are available online anytime also prior to making a reservation. On the booking page there is an information regarding the payment: Book now, pay later. You won’t be charged until you check in and that the credit card is neccesary to guarantee your on-line reservation. Thank you for your review. We take on board your feedback and I wish to let you know that we are continually looking to improve our services. We are happy to announce that we supply fans in our bedrooms now :) and do apologise for the mosquitoes on the balcony which is seasonal. On the floor that you were staying we have only four rooms that share two bathrooms. Two rooms on the same floor have private bathrooms. Shower cables are standard length, we have checked all cables now and we are not sure why you had troubles with it. We are + 190 cm tall and can take shower regularly. We clean communal bathrooms several times per day and it is also advisable and greatly appreciated that guests leave communal areas clean after they use it. :) Best wishes Brankica

Your reservation was for a budget room without air-conditioning and with shared bathroom in August, and it was made in advance in February. At that time all room types were available to book, also the rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms, so I am not sure why you booked a room which does not suit your needs. It is correct that our budget rooms at the moment do not have air-conditioning, only a fan, as it it published on the website. If you prefer other room types then it is best to book a room or an apartment which suits your needs to have the best experience possible. Dear D, Thank you for taking time to write your review. Your last-minute booking was for a basic double room - single use, with a fan and with communal facilities. We have offered you a room that you have booked and did our best to relocate you next day in the other room, because you had a headache and we tried to help you. Third day you mentioned that you could not sleep because of mosquitos. We must say that we are very surprised to read this, as this summer there are very few and everybody mentions that there are almost none, even though its summer time and we have mosquito nets on our windows. Our guests say that they sleep well and that they do not have any troubles with mosquitos this year. We are sorry if they cause you trouble, but that can be solved in an ecological manner too. Regarding the wi-fi, it is written that there is a wi-fi in the communal area for the budget rooms, eventhough it is present in most of the budget rooms, and we did not get any complaints about that as well this year because we have stronger signal than the last year. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and great score! We are happy to read that you liked our service and that you find that our buget rooms are an extreme value for money! We understand that it was very hot in your room on the top floor due to the heat wave in the beginning of august and we are really sorry for the difficulties you experienced during your stay. We wish that we had another room vacant to offer you a more pleasant stay! That room was the only budget room with ventilator available during your travel dates as it was a peak season and very low availability when you made the reservation. We also have more comfortable units with air-condition in our offer but it is necessarry to book them early enough as they get sold out very quickly for the high season time. Now, only 2 weeks later at the end of August we have a very pleasant weather (around 20C in the night) and sleeping at the top floor is actually most requested because of the amazing sea view at that floor. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay but some situation are not regular and are out of our control, like bad weather or delays on departures from your homeland. On the day of your arrival you asked us to organize you a pick-up from the island airport and we have sent a taxi there to collect you (30km one way) and you informed us after the agreed pick up time that you have not left Italy jet because of bad weather. The taxi was already waiting for you at the airport, when you sent us message that you are not coming at all that day. The taxi driver even agreed to wait there for no charge for another hour, to see if you are going to come or not. We had to pay half of the ride to the taxi driver for late cancellation and it was not our fault. Guest need to organize transfer to the airport and we gladly offer help if you need it, but we can not pay all the transfers. We are very sorry that you experienced delays on your arrival day but we were available on the phone or e-mail all the time, in order to offer you the best experience in organizing your arrival here. It is clearly written on the page that we are a selfcatering accommodation and that we do not have a daily maid service.
