Our room was in a nearby building, which was itself, along with the property- a bit neglected. That said, the owner was great on communication and very helpful. Room was freshly re-done, clean and well provisioned. Location is excellent. Would stay here again

Great place! You're a 2 minute walk from all the action but the property itself is like a quiet oasis. The room we were in (4) was nice and shaded, where we were shocked how warm it was outside. The shower was excellent with good pressure. And Frane was a great host. I don't like giving 5 out of 5 reviews usually as they're not constructive,but anything less would be a lie. Thanks Frane!

Wonderful hosts great communication with clear directions how to find the apartment. Excellent value for money only gripe is the doors to the rooms are hollow and very noisy so disturbed us when other guests came back at night. Great location for all attractions would recommend

This is a nice property within walking distance to the ferry and the bus station. Frane was helpful. He met us on arrival at the property and walked us through everything we needed to know about the room and the city. The room had a mini fridge. It did not have a sink outside of the one in the bathroom. There seemed to be lots of hot water. The air conditioning worked well. Nice place.

Even before arriving at Peruzovic Rooms the owner was in communication with me to ensure transportation from the airport was set up and our experience only got better from there. Fran met us upon arrival to provide a map and recommendations for dining and site seeing. The room was clean and comfortable and there are many options close by for meals. Would stay here again!

Friendly and helpful owner
Communication in advance and during our stay was very good and friendly. The owner shared his knowledge of the city which was appreciated a lot (dined in Artisok and did not disappoint). Location of the property was excellent. The room was clean. The only cons were that the room we had was very small with too much furniture to actually fit in that space, and that the room tend to be pretty humid in spite of the AC.

Beautiful spot with a great location and the owner was very helpful and communicative. The room was excellent with solid amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that I didn't love was that it was cash only, but this was communicated before our stay.

Frane was super helpful and even had a map marked out with all his recommendations! The apartment was so clean, tidy and comfortable, with all the amenities that we needed (fridge, kettle, tea/coffee etc). We couldn't have pictured a better location, 5-10 minute stroll and you're right at the front of the promenade, and a 5 minute stroll to the heart of the beautiful old town. Right next door to a fantastic brunch spot, with restaurants, cafes, markets and bakery's within steps of our front door! This was by far my favourite and most magical holiday yet, I cannot recommend Split and Peruzovic Apartments enough!!

perfect stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights here. I arrived first and Frane, our host, met with me and was very friendly and helpful. He gave me many recommendations on good restaurants and things to do in Split. The room was clean, bright and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay at the apartment. It was the perfect way to begin our trip. I highly recommend!!

The host and hostess were most helpful and the accommodation was perfect for our requirements, Frane went out of his way with every guest not only on greeting them but being extremely helpful to all his guests. The whole site was immaculately kept.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is perfectly located within 5 minutes walking of the old town. Beautiful courtyard garden with table and chairs for relaxing and having breakfast. Excellent shared kitchen area. Could be noisy If you had inconsiderate neighbours next door.

Old Town Road
If you want to stay in Split, then you want to stay in the old town, by the coast and the UNESCO palace site. There isn't a better area than the road where you'll find the Peruzovic apartments. Right by a small plaza with bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy, they're set back far enough to get some respite from the crowds but are still a very short and easy walk (~5 mins) to the scenic Riva waterfront. Mediterranean beauty all around. As a base to explore Diocletian's Palace (evolved into a gorgeous, bustling district of its own, lively and friendly at day or night) and the huge Marjan forest park, or to catch a catamaran to Hvar, etc. or a big ferry for a longer journey, it is ideal. The beach isn't as close, maybe 15 minutes on foot. You may want to uber that. It's pretty, though. The apartment was very clean and modern, with good cooling and an impeccable bathroom. The fridge was handy, as were the closet and table, and there was a safe too. No cooking options, but with eating out being so affordable, close, and delicious, it isn't any loss. The beds were entirely comfortable, and I appreciated the kettle and coffees! There is a nice outdoor seating area at the main building, which is right by the extension. You may have to climb flights of stairs, so do check that if a lack of an elevator may be a problem for you. Last but not least: this is a family business, and the family is brilliant. Helpful and lovely all around. My big thanks to them all!
The archaeology museum is also within walking distance.
Diocletian's Palace is basically a district unto itself, and right behind the waterfront.
St Domnius cathedral and the Palace underground require tickets, but the site is free to explore.
There are shops, bars, museums etc. all around. Parts may look familiar to Game of Thrones fans.

Nothing short of perfect!
This place was absolutely perfect to stay in. Frane was fantastic form start to finish. He sat us down and showed us a map with hand written notes of restaurants, museums, markets etc. that he recommended. Very friendly and very approachable. Frane, the owner, is a thoughtful and helpful host. However, despite booking three rooms for three nights over a year in advance, it was disappointing to be given a room with no more than a couple of feet around the bed and absolutely nowhere to open your suitcase!

Frane, our host was extremely helpful! One of the best host we met in Croatia, which make our travel even more meaningful. Very kind and sincere, we had two adjacent rooms and conditions are good for the value we paid. It is also very good location to old town and carpark, if you're driving. Will definitely recommend it and give it a 5-star!

First of all, Frane was a really nice by providing us a map, recommended restaurants and places to visit and was available all the time when we need advice. Location was perfect, every part of the old town was in walking distance. Supermarket and a nice breakfast place just outside the property.

The location of this place is perfect! Old Town is really small, so its a very short walk to the main square. Lots of little restaurants and shops around as well. The hotel is quite basic, so do not expect any frills. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall really enjoyed our stay! There were some shared kitchen facilities if needed.

A gem in the heart of things
The location is excellent— totally convenient to just about everything. Love the nearby Marjan Park with its running and cycling trails. Access to beaches, the old town, all the bus and ferry terminalss. The best part, though, is the owner Frane. He is very helpful and thoughtful, and just an all around nice guy. He made y stay in Split easy and enjoyable.

The room was excellent in all ways except a bit tight in space for two persons. However it was suitable for one night. The host was absolutely hospitable going out of his way to meet us down the road to help with luggage. He also signposted us to nearest car park and gave instructions to prevent additional charges. He had a preplanned map outlining places we could visit. Note: road to access property is pedestrianised so no vehicles allowed. Roads are very narrow for turning. Overall a great experience. Split is lovely and definitely worth visiting.

Place is clean and tidy. Has all the necessary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, towels. Room is spacious enough unlike many other european hotels. In house kitchen is adequate. Very near the main shopping street and 5 mins walk to riva promenade. Downside is that wifi tends to be very poor, keeps dropping off.

Great rooms situated just 5-10 minutes from the city centre. The proprietor, Frane, was super helpful and gave us helpful recommendations as to the surrounding area. Could not recommend more :)
