"Overall we enjoyed our stay - the room (although ground floor) had a view (we paid extra for the ocean front), the beach was good, we always found chairs and towels (free), and the room was comfortable with plenty of hot water and clean towels daily. The housekeeping staff was excellent! The one lunch we had at the resort was great, but the seafood BBQ was overpriced and the meats and lobster were overcooked and dry. Everything else at the BBQ was very good though. Be prepared that if you do not have the all inclusive, everything is every expensive. Small coffee in the AM $4, a muffin $6 (those were the least expensive options)...drinks expensive too. The all inclusive might be the best route - $139 per person, but includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee at the bar and most drinks, plus water sports stuff and I also think the bus passes and tipping are included. If you do not book directly with the hotel, the staff will remind you frequently and not be as helpful as they should."

"Perfect - very comfortable, view is lovely - enjoyed kayaking around the island in the sound. Plenty of room, well supplied, nice to eat outside at the outdoor table, outdoor chairs were very comfy as well. Wonderful!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this studio during my visit to Bermuda from June 11–14. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained, thoughtfully organized, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the location. Being directly across the street from the beach made it incredibly convenient and allowed me to easily enjoy the beautiful water and watch the sunrise throughout my stay. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Kyle was responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located place to stay. Thank you for helping make my trip such an enjoyable experience!"

"First, I read a few negative reviews about this property before I came and I just want to set the record straight. 1. The property does share a location with a restaurant, however unlike one review said the back patio and rocks that go down to the water are still very private. We checked in on a Saturday and we had no issues with noise or anything from the restaurant.2. The property is much larger than the photos seem. Myself, my wife, our 4yr old all shared the two bedroooms/1 bathroom on the first floor. This honestly felt like its own separate place. My 2 friends came along and they shared the upstairs bedroom/bathroom. There was also an air mattress, the couch and some other places that could have been shared. We never felt like we were on top of each other and truly loved this house.This house was much more than we expected. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. The restaurant had awesome food and had great hours for when you needed a quick drink or bite to eat. The water by the house was super relaxing and a great way to start/end the day. We left a couple pool noodles and those were clutch for floating down by the house. We couldn't have been happier with the experience from check in to check out. Thank you for making this such an incredible vacation."

"The pool house at Las Brisas was perfect for us. It had all the amenities listed, really everything we needed. The hosts were available and attentive to any needs we had, yet not intrusive or overbearing. The interior decorations were beautiful and well considered. We will definitely stay there on our next Bermuda trip!"
