You’ll be staying at a bright, cosy, nautical styled, garden flat.
With room for four, it’s the perfect getaway for your family.
You will be sleeping comfortably in the master bedroom equipped with an Orthopaedic king size mattress, while the little ones decide who takes the top-bunk! With the seafront only a 5 minute stroll away and the apartment filled with games, books and a smart TV you are ensured of a memorable stay.

Wake up on this quiet street and enjoy a coffee from your Gousto Coffee Machine to start the day. This two-bedroom apartment, with kingsize bed and bunkbeds, the top bunk is only suitable for 12 yrs and under.
comes with an open-space living area which includes a corner sofa, a dining table for four and a breakfast bar.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove/oven/microwave/ toaster and cooking utilities to make a nice breakfast. Or we are happy to share our recommendations for the best restaurants and cafes nearby.

Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with gas central heating, games, books and a nice cup of tea.

We will consider pets if you get in touch with us before booking.

Off-road parking is available for 2 cars, but the entrance is narrow.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;

Enjoy staying within 10 minutes of the gorgeous and historic Seafront, whilst having a wealth of activities, restaurants and bars to choose from. The road the accommodation is on; leads onto Florence Road, which leads straight down to the seafront. Follow Clarendon Road along to an eclectic mix of bars, pubs, cafe's and restaurants to choose from.

Top bunkbed, not suitable for adults.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY and THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £88.
