"Excellent room- lots of space and storage. Clean. Check in was late due to family emergency but smooth and professional. After that, sometimes no one manned the desk or even looked up. If I asked for a clean towel (because I did not seek room clean for 4 days), I felt like I was a nuisance.No “lounge” service at all despite advertising they had one. Apparently there was no one to work it. "

"3 night family trip. Staff very friendly. Room was big enough to sleep everyone and sit in on a rainy day. Room had minor ‘not clean’ items like clear dusted/not dusted areas. Our family found this insignificant. Would not recommend the pull out couch bed for an adult, but the kids loved it. "
