"The hotel would be much better if every floor was gender neutral with two stalls in it. We were on a male floor and had to take the elevator up or down the floor. The check in process and check out is confusing if you have two rooms under your name, because I never understood which was for which The staff don’t speak much English but they do use google translate for you. We arrived before check in and they put our bags in the hotel room before check in which was nice The shower room had many showers, but remember to bring a towel when going to the bathroom as they have no paper towel or dryer. The hotel is very well situated, It is very close to an onsen and local restaurants which had very good prices and food (portions were huge). I would for sure stay here again in the future, highly recommended "
