Decepção.
Comida péssima, cara demais, não tinha opção, estava faltando tudo. O freezer de sorvete não estava funcionando, nem sorvete tinha, chuveiro queimado, tive q mudar d quarto p tomar banho, brinquedoteca suja, bagunçada, e ainda fecha às 18hs, as crianças a noite, não tem nada p fazer, ficam ociosas, péssimo, a única coisa boa, são os funcionários atenciosos, arrependimento total. Só não passamos fome, pq existe aplicativo de comida, péssimo

Resumindo, reservamos quarto quádruplo e nos deram um triplo cujo chuveiro não esquentava. Chegamos na sexta-feira, nunca tinham toalhas para piscina. Tendo que ir algumas vezes da piscina para recepção todo molhado, para perguntar se já tinham toalhas. Localização ruim, sem opções de restaurantes por perto, situado entre pedágios. Se for sair para algum lugar bem provável pagar pedágio na ida e volta. Atendentes e gerência destreinados. A gerente basicamente nos dizia que não encontraríamos outro lugar nesse padrão nesse mesmo dia, que era melhor ficar lá desse jeito mesmo. Por fim, a recepcionista, não a gerente, nos ofereceu um único quarto disponível que havia passado por pintura recentemente. O cheiro não estava tão forte então conseguimos ficar aqui mesmo. Em momento algum reconheceram que isso era problema deles. Parecia que nos fizeram um favor, pelo fato de não se retratarem ou darem descontos algum. Não voltaremos lá. A piscina era muito boa.

Gostei muito do hotel e do custo benefício. O quarto e o banheiro poderiam ser mais limpos, mas no geral foi mto bom. Área de lazer incrível. Voltarei com certeza.

A experiência não foi muito boa. Apesar a área externa do hotel ser bonita, o atendimento e o quarto não foi das melhores. Senti um certo despreparo no atendimento na recepção. O atendente começou a reclamar comigo que eu não tinha avisado que estava com criança (não tinha criança nenhuma). A forma da abordagem dele mostrou despreparo. O quarto era muito barulhento, dava para ouvir quase tudo que acontecia na área comum. O chuveiro demorava um bom tempo para esquentar e a cama não era muito confortável. O café da manhã na média. Pagamos um preço bom. Imaginando que se pretenda aproveitar a estrutura seria condizente.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém os quartos estão sem frigobar. Trouxe a alimentação da minha filha que tem 1 ano e tive que deixar na geladeira do hotel, tendo que pedir para os funcionários pegar sempre que necessário. O hotel não disponibilizou álcool em gel nos quartos. Além disso, estão com ocupação 100% mesmo durante a pandemia.

Deixou muito a desejar em todos os serviços.
Não foi muito agradável, já chegamos e ouvimos muitas reclamações dos hospedes que estavam saindo no domingo, No apt que nos colocou não tinha água, disseram que a bomba tinha queimado e nos colocaram em outro apt, mas o ar condicionado está muito ruim e minha filha teve problemas devido a renite o pó que estava saindo do ar devido limpeza do mesmo, não tinha água quente no chuveiro. . Almoço deixou muito a desejar pelo valor cobrado por pessoa, e a jantam ofereceram três opções não aceitamos devido estar a desejar os pratos. Dei um tropeção na área da piscina em uma pedra sobressalente que poderia evitar mais problemas e mais pessoas tropeçaram tb,. Vejo que o hotel tem muito, muito potencial, mas precisa investir no atendimento, na qualidade dos funcionários e as vezes um simples mudança de atitude na administração e preparo da alimentação, e opções, e ter mais funcionários, para atender o hospede. ajudaria na melhor qualidade dos serviços em geral. Espero que quando eu voltar possa ter tido melhorado nestes quesitos.
