No one answers the front desk phone, there were children completely out of control running down the hallway and all over the hotel at almost 3am. A man tried to get into my hotel room and was banging on my door at midnight saying “let me in” I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying again. None of my complaints were heard from staff

Really excellent and attentive staff. The location is convenient for eating and accessing highways. I always pick this location first among the rest of the hotels on Davidson. My only issue was our toilet didn't flush well.

The property was typical Mariott except the elevators didn’t work. Not convenient when you’re attending a wedding. Also the heat going on and off all night kept me awake for most of the night.

The facility had no hot water when i arrived. Said it was going to be fixed in a few minutes. I had a 7pm meeeting and needed to shower and had no hot water.

When we check in around midnight. The front desk lady was not pleasant at all. She seems like is force to work. We had to call out if someone is there. I am sure, there cameras in your property to monitor people. Why we had to call out and wait to be attended also same incident occurred when we were checking out.
