Best breakfast ever provided by a hotel. My only concern was the requirement to check in by 11:30 PM. Our flight arrived at 10:30, but we made it.

wonderful in an Emergency
When checking in the young lady was very kind, friendly and helpful. We checked in about 5:30 and ordered a pizza about 6:15. There was a bit of a problem getting the order through, but it was delicious and we enjoyed it. Then about 12:30, my husband became very sick and I had to go down to the receptionist to order an ambulance for him. Again, the young lady was very helpful and the ambulance came very quickly. We spent the remainder of the night at the hospital and I returned about 11:30 to collect our luggage. We dealt with 3 different receptionists and all 3 were wonderful. The room was spacious and very nice and the bed comfortable, for the short time we were there. We have stayed there before and have always been very satisfied.

Stayed twice in June. Staff pleasant on both occasions. Efficient check in. Room clean and cozy. Bed comfortable. Walked to the airport to pick up our rental car. Was about 20 minutes brisk walk on a very easy pathway away from traffic. Loved the breakfast buffet - varied and numerous selections.

Great hotel close to the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant and bar area was very nice. We enjoyed using the bikes they had and the gym was nice. The breakfast was wonderful.

Stayed in 4 Quality Hotel in Norway. All nice and value for money. Stayed 3 nights here and one day room was not clean when return at 6pm. Front desk staff name TEA was not helpful. Told her we will wait at lobby and ask her to inform us when the room is clean and after waiting for 20 mins so decided to go up to see the room and the cleaning was done. She did not bother to inform us and let us wait.

Comfortable hotel near the airport
The outside of the hotel looks a little dated, but the inside of the hotel is well decorated. It has good sized car park with free onsite parking. Not much in the local area as it's nearby the airport, not aware of any local restaurants. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was a good size and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillow is always good when staying away, so slept well. Decoration was very modern and had a suitably sized TV with a multitude of channels. The room lighting was that dim moody setting, which you need to adjust your eyes when entering from a bright environment. Bathroom was bright, but I felt the shower was a little under powered from what I expected. Shower temperature varied slightly during the shower. Not enough to be too hot or cold, but enough to notice. My wife would have been happy with the mirror and lighting in the bathroom, I would imagine it's very good for doing hair and make up. The underfloor heating was nice, although I did fall down/trip up the 3 inch step a couple of times Ate in the restaurant the first night. The menu had a selection of modest selection of food on there, a bit too small for my personal preference as I only really had one starter and main that I liked, so I got a pizza from a takeaway the next night. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again for a few days, but not longer due to no local restaurants and hotel menu choice.

Great stay
The room has beautiful finishes and is only 1km from the airport. There is a hotel shuttle but only runs until 8:35am. There is a large buffet breakfast. Good restaurant for supper as well. They also have complimentary coffee, soft ice cream, and fruit. Large lounge area with foose ball table and shuffle board table. We had a great stay and highly recommend if flying out of Stavanger.

Minutes from airport. Due to road construction, GPS did not get us to the hotel. Watch for the Quality sign on the left! We enjoyed our stay; room was clean, meals were delicious. No salmon at breakfast, but there were other fish and a vast array of food choices. We ordered dinner; both meals were excellent! It was unseasonably hot during our summer stay. Front desk loaned us a small fan, which helped. On the 2nd floor, the window only opens about 2", while on upper floors, it opens more. So during a hot time, suggest you get a room on 3rd floor or higher as the room is much warmer than the outside air.

Terrible experience with this hotel.
There was a notice hang from the door handle when we checked in saying that they would donate money to UNICEF if we did not have the room serviced. I took the note in as the room would not be serviced if it was still hanging on the door handle. I found a small plate with dried out fruit on the shelf above the refrigerator. When we returned on Saturday evening, the room was in the same condition as we left it. The beds were unmade, the trash had not been emptied. If I want to donate to UNICEF I will do it directly - I will not be forced to donate. This experience was completely different from our stay in this hotel in February. I have used this hotel for my engineers going offshore since the hotel was built and this experience is completely different from what we had experienced in the past. If they cannot hire enough staff to provide normal hotel services, the hotel rooms should be reduced or the hotel closed.

Hot week
I was a very hot week in Stavanger and the room did not have AC what made the room very hot even at nights. Hotel staff is very good. Excellent fitness center with plenty of equipment and space.
